Top performance and service, purely from my subjective point of view. Unlike another repair shop, where I was turned away with my child's bike due to being too busy. At Rückenwind, however, I was treated kindly and courteously. The bike was repaired within about an hour (it was a relatively minor repair), despite the shop being full and my spontaneous visit. So I can certainly agree with the positive reviews, and my child's bike isn't new anymore. I'm very satisfied, hence this review, which I usually refrain from writing.

Excellent service! The seller had forgotten to order the bike. When this was noticed, he sorted everything out and the bike arrived after 3.5 weeks. Delivery times for bikes like this are usually 10 weeks or more. 👍🏻

I called to have a flat tire repaired, they were able to come straight away and the bike was ready for pickup within an hour! Friendly colleagues, highly recommended!

Here, you can get truly high-quality bikes and good, friendly advice! Of course, that comes at a price, but it's worth it. I bought my new touring bike here a year ago and am completely satisfied, even after several thousand kilometers of use.

You can save yourself the visit! Apparently, they're not interested in repairing older bikes here, but are trying to sell you a new one. What a shame! That's not what I expect from a repair shop.

I absolutely cannot recommend this shop due to their disastrous service! All I did was remove and reinstall the fork on my full-suspension mountain bike. Mr. Deutscher claimed he'd emailed the dealer to clarify the situation. It turned out that was a lie. And then I was kicked out of the shop. Thankfully, I found a more competent workshop that handled it without any problems. So, steer clear of Rückenwind (and your bike)!

The people are actually really nice and everything's great, but the pedals on a two-day-old bike I had from them once fell off in the middle of the street. Otherwise, a really great shop!
