The order was placed on December 10, 2023, but unfortunately hasn't arrived yet. According to the stated deadlines, you should expect at least 10 days for production, plus additional time for shipping. We're already talking about 43 business days. Upon inquiry, the response was that the goods hadn't even arrived yet. This means that these deadlines are in addition to the time already passed. But what's really disappointing is that there's been no information about a delay or any delivery issues—only upon inquiry. A different approach to this uncertain waiting time would definitely be more customer-friendly and service-oriented.

Here you'll find a very friendly and personable owner who is very well-connected in the Leipzig sports scene and tries to support it wherever he can. I was able to order online by arrangement and pay cash in the store upon collection. Everything was very straightforward, just the way I like it. The products are also very high-quality, well-made, and all at a very fair price.
