No one should wonder why customers prefer to order online. Unfortunately, I can't confirm that the older lady was friendly and competent.

A great shop! The selection is diverse, well-organized, and of excellent quality. The staff are happy to help, answer questions, and have extensive knowledge of table tennis. 😊

I was served today by the owner's mother. She gave me great advice and also suggested affordable alternatives. Overall, I felt comfortable and am now well-equipped for the upcoming games. 🙏🏻

A knowledgeable shop for table tennis enthusiasts. Very friendly staff. What impresses me personally is that everything is still handmade and customized to the customer's needs. The only suggestion for improvement would be the digitalization of the payment system.

Very nice and helpful saleswoman. I found an old Boll ALC from 2008, in so-so condition. I had it repaired and now it plays perfectly. They have a wide selection of rubbers; I'm very satisfied. And the prices are more than fair.
