Super friendly people and such fast service – here's to the next 15 years with my beloved bike! I first went to another shop for a check-up – they said my bike had a broken axle and would ultimately be a total loss, requiring up to €400 to repair... I came here for a second opinion, as I was already skeptical, and lo and behold: the axle wasn't broken, new pedals (at my request) were installed in no time, and I only paid €34 for labor and materials – so I gladly left a tip. Many thanks to Enjo, you were a huge help! <3

It reminds me of George Orwell's Animal Farm... I'm deeply disappointed. There's a donation notice in the "window" with the plea: >>> ...we need your money so the store doesn't collapse and the East Leipzig area can maintain stable, low prices... I've known the shop almost since it was founded... and I'm talking about back then... (maybe 6 years ago, opening hours every weekday, Monday to Friday, and a self-help session with guidance on Saturdays. I've always been a satisfied cycling customer and have certainly left four-figure sums in the shop, yet even in cycling, Leipzig, Germany, has become a service desert... On Thursday, April 10th, around 6:00 p.m., I spoke with a friendly woman on the phone and arranged an appointment for my bike for today... Knowing of my previous visits.... Standing in a long line across the intersection.....I asked for a suitable time to define my request.... She told me...workshop starting at 12:00 p.m. Busy...knock on the window and we'll take your bike.... And you have time to talk to "A" about your needs....I said...I'll be there at 12:00...I also heard the keyboard being used on the phone....Today, I was standing with my bike in front of "Nomansland" from 5:12 until around 12:50, and no one was there.... Now, I tried to call before my slanderous criticism during opening hours, 3:00 PM - 7:00 PM, and argue my absence...but of course...no one can answer...because the "blind slaughter cattle" are desperately queuing at the intersection in front of the store, waiting to be heard at the counter by the funny three kings/queens from Nomansland who are suffering from financial hardship. I won't be back Ray (and my stars are satire)

Since a very big Cube Bikes Premium dealer here refused to take on general maintenance and small repairs of my bike cause i did not buy it there (note that the moment i bought my gravelbike they did not have a single gravelbike within their local stock and could not say when they were gonna have one), i went to veloismus. They did not make an issue out of it. Agreed on date to drop it and a day later i could go pick it up. Price was exactly as advised before too. The very friendly guy working this saturday was also polite and helpfull and took the time to answer a few questions i had, even though he probably had better to do. So, because of this, i will only come here and can recommend it. And if ever a new bike is needed, if possible (if u got want i want/need) then i wont look elsewhere. Thank you much for your help and advise. All the best!

I don't usually write reviews, but after all the excitement beforehand, I wanted to get in touch and give some feedback. The new hub is working perfectly and carried me all the way from Linz to Prague along the Vltava River (okay, sometimes I had to push it... :-)). The gears shift so smoothly now, the bike is like new. Thank you so much for getting it done on such short notice! I'm so glad to have such a great shop right in my neighborhood, keep up the good work!

The place has a very good location but the personal from there is not the best, the prices are high. I don't recommend this place

Great staff who were very helpful. There's also a self help workshop that has just about every tool you could need, and plenty of spare parts for sale. I managed to fix a large problem with my bike for a fraction of the cost a regular bike shop would have charged.

Good place. Guys speak english, service is good and at decent price. Also from 14.30 you can use their tools and workshop for really cheap (tips basically)
