Fantastic service at Stadler Leipzig – highly recommended! I picked my JobRad at Stadler Leipzig, and the whole experience was simply excellent from start to finish. The team gave me great advice when I came in – professional, friendly, and clearly very knowledgeable. They took the time to walk me through everything, answered all my questions, and made sure I felt confident with the setup. I really appreciated how approachable and supportive they were. Even before the pickup, their phone service was incredibly responsive. I had a few questions in advance, and each time I called, someone picked up quickly and helped me out without any stress or long wait times. That kind of availability and reliability is rare and made a big difference. There was a small delay with the delivery of my bike due to postal issues (not their fault at all), but Stadler handled it amazingly well: they called me proactively, apologized sincerely, and even offered me a €100 voucher as a gesture of goodwill. I was honestly blown away by that kind of customer care – it shows they take responsibility even when the problem isn’t directly theirs. All in all, I left with a great bike, a great feeling, and the clear sense that customer satisfaction really matters here. Huge thanks to the team at Stadler Leipzig – you’ve made a lasting impression!

We went there to buy two bikes. The clerks were very nice and helpful. The bikes were not in stock and needed to be ordered, but that's not a real big deal. The first bike came the next week and everything was perfect. The second one, although it was not custom made or has anything particular, was still not delivered after 3 weeks. I asked for it and they told me it was ordered and that it could take up to 4 weeks. Fair enough. After the fourth week, we asked again, they told us that the bike was already delivered to me and that the order was complete. Of course, it was not. They realized their mistake and surprise, the bike was there 3 days later straight from Berlin. When I went there it was clearly a display bike (dirt on the wheels, dust and scratches on the frame, handles were dirty). I asked the mechanics if this was really new, he checked around, one of them said he assembled it himself the same day. So, either a 1200€ new bike is not expensive enough to have 0 default or they gave me a display bike from the Berlin shop and sold it as "new", in both cases I find it pretty bad and I will probably never go there again.

In Stadler you find a wide variety of bike components and accessories. The service team is amazing, Andreas cut a few centimetres off of my saddle which was too high, it was efficient and fast ! Thank you again for the great service ! I also bought a bike bag for my rack and a bottle holder. I highly recommend this place!

Great bicycle store, not so many bicycles that you would expect but at least you can try them out indoors. Friendly staff waiting to help and advice you. Recommended to visit.

Lots of bicycles to choose from. Prices are about 300-7000 euro for a new bicycle (of course electric are the expensive ones). The staff are polite and friendly.

My bike was serviced fast, professionally and with a normal price. The shop has a vast selection of items and the personnel helps out well. The technicians tried to sell me repairs that weren't needed but also pointed out other repairs I might need in the future.

really bad experience!!! I had an accident with my bike and I was in Stadler for a preventive to repair the bike because the bike didn't run anymore. After a week they called me back and gave me the preventive to repair was of 120Euro more or less. I send the papers to the insurance and I ask Stadler to repair the bike. The day after when I was there to take my bike they told me that they couldn't repair the bike because the chainwheel was broken. Funny stuff that they didn't mention it in the first preventive and of course the insurance didn't want to pay for it because it wasn't mentioned. When I ask them to make a new preventive they refuse my request because they didn't know if chainwheel was broken before the accident or after. Important to remember at this point that the bike, 1 y.o., never had problem and run till the day of the accident. From my experience and for normal people is easy to assume that the chainwheel was broken because of the accident otherwise the bike didn't run also before the accident. Funny stuff n.2 is that they didn't want to make a new preventive because they wouldn't take the responsibility to say that the chainwheel was broken because of the crash. However, they mention in the preventive that my Dynamo was unscrew (already bfr the accident) and than they didn't want to mention chainwheel. In my opinion, make a preventive to repair the bike means that they have to describe every single part that need to be repaired in order to have the bike working again. End of the story they told me that they of course saw it but it wasn't in the preventive (lie!!!) and they didn't accept my critic (of course!!!) and what I really didn't like is that they don't admit the mistake.
