Two years ago, I bought a children's bicycle based on the then-current advertising promise (buy back) that a buyback was possible at any time and the credit could be used towards a new bicycle. Unfortunately, children have the annoying habit of growing... Today, they refused to process the buyback because they were "full." They wanted nothing to do with the original promise. Even online, there's no mention of such restrictions in the buy back advertisement.

For LKW. Colleagues, good day! This was my first time here. Thanks to our colleague in the comments below for giving me directions. I'm adding his comment; the route to the ramp is in red, and the exit is in blue. I wouldn't say it's narrow, it's fine, but cars sometimes park there, so be careful. The approach to the ramp is very easy. Especially after Bamberg and Passau; anyone who's been there will understand. Good luck on the roads!

their online store is the worst. no way to select english so you have to live with german. it’s impossible to return, they have a phone number and email that available only 9-5 on weekdays. i mean seriously? i think they live in the 90s still. i wanted to add a discount code, it’s impossible. you select payment option (paypal), you approve, and boom order placed. no way to add a discount code. i’d never ever try to buy anything from their online store. in store is a great experience. i’m only talking about their online store. the worst experience ever!!

Be careful when buying a set, as it can easily be incomplete. This happened to us with OXELO protectors. Without a receipt, they refused to exchange or complete the set. And one part of the set isn't available to order separately.

They sold me a box of protein bars, was repacked, inside were 12 bars and they expired in 3 days, I couldn't see the expiration date because of the repack tape. Who eats 12 protein bars in 3 days??? I only bought the box because I wanted to do them a favor, repacked products probably stay on the shelf a long time but now I regret.

Unloading entrance 🚛 51.346537 12.175470, immediately turn right after McDonald's; it's a bit narrow, but not critical. Continue straight ahead without turning anywhere, go around the building, and then you'll see the unloading area. The entrance to the ramp is at an angle, which is a bit awkward. To have the workers come out, you'll need to call the number written on the unloading sign. After unloading, exit the same way you entered, the same way. The staff is friendly. The area is open, and you can pause under the ramp.
