Excellent service + top-notch advice + large selection of bikes and accessories + inspections are usually completed within 2 days; advance notice by phone is appreciated + only the work specified in the order is carried out + if anything additional is needed or the cost increases, you'll receive a call. Pickup is arranged via text message. That's what I call service. Therefore, 5 stars and a full recommendation!

A brief overview of my last visit to Radwelt. The good thing was that I was fortunate enough to receive a refund from the owner relatively quickly and easily. However, up until then, a lot of things went wrong, in my opinion. Unfortunately, my brake system, which I wanted to have checked and repaired, was still not broken when I picked up the bike, or rather, it was seriously defective (the brakes were squealing terribly, were no longer braking properly, and some of the brake pistons weren't coming out anymore/this was the condition when I dropped it off and picked it up). And for a price of around €120, I expect the brake system to be working perfectly again. When I inquired about it and expressed my dissatisfaction with the service provided, I was not treated in a particularly customer-friendly manner. I'm no wimp, but that's a real way to scare away customers (unfortunately, that was my last visit to the shop) - and now... what are we supposed to do? - I'm a bike mechanic, not a magician. - then we'll have to send it to Shimano and maybe some little... hands will get it fixed. - I'll give you some new brake pads now so the conversation can end. Those were just a few of the comments I had to listen to, and they showed me that engaging with me and my "problem" was very unwelcome. Furthermore, my colleagues told me somewhat different stories, which didn't help their credibility. I was then shown how the brake pad was removed and cleaned to demonstrate what was done and how (and considering the speed at which it was done, the asking price is even more questionable). But it wasn't just the brake pad, but other things that hadn't even been addressed. The solution offered was either installing a new brake system or getting my money back. I opted for the money. Somewhat reluctantly/annoyed and visibly annoyed, a kind of invoice was printed out with my name and account details, stating that an amount x would be transferred back to me. I left with a queasy feeling, and I was proven right. A week later, I returned to the store because I still hadn't received any money. Suddenly, no one there knew anything about the incident, and the note apparently never reached its destination, presumably ending up in the trash. I then explained my problem to another colleague (who was very friendly and hadn't been there the week before either). He could only refer me to the manager, who then paid me the money relatively understandingly and without any problems. He was sorry about the whole thing, which is good, but I simply wished for better service from the start. Too many things were going wrong, and I felt cheated.

Excellent service. Unfortunately, my e-bike broke down on the very first day of my vacation. After explaining the problem, I was offered help immediately and without any hassle, so I could continue my vacation and enjoy daily bike rides. Thanks again.

Thank you for the quick and, above all, competent help. I dropped by on a whim and received immediate assistance. The gears on my road bike apparently needed adjusting. The problem was fixed in no time, and now I can ride without any issues. Excellent service and friendly staff; I'll gladly return if I have any further problems.

I received very competent and honest advice. The atmosphere was always friendly and informal. Anyone looking for advice on buying a new bike or comprehensive maintenance and service is in good hands here :)

We rented two bikes today, it was really easy. It was quick, very affordable, and the guys were very helpful. They gave us a great tip to go to Lake Markkleeberg instead of Lake Cosbud. It was a really relaxing ride and not crowded at all! Thanks for the great tip! When we're back in the Elbe-Elster region, we'll definitely come back to you! Best regards, Matze and Isa

We bought our e-bikes there two months ago. The advice was excellent, and any changes we requested were implemented immediately. The first service, which was due, was carried out promptly. A really great team and excellent service. We can wholeheartedly recommend this dealer.
