Absolutely recommended! We got a flat tire today during our trip to Lake Störmthal. We walked 4km to the car and looked for a bike shop. We found Grupetto, our absolute lifesaver! We arrived at 1 p.m. on Saturday. The staff were incredibly friendly and relaxed. They told us to bring it in and walk to the bakery in 20-30 minutes. We did as instructed, and everything was taken care of. Great price! Thank you, thank you, thank you – you saved our weekend! 🍀

My heroes of the day! On my bike ride, I got a flat tire on the front. I had to push my bike for almost 7 km. When I arrived at the shop, the bike was immediately confiscated and the tube was changed. Two very friendly employees were there who even offered me something to drink. After about 20 minutes, I was able to continue my ride. Excellent service! Thank you very much!

Rented a couple of e-bikes and a normal bike for the day. Bikes were well maintained, staff were friendly, transaction quick and easy. Had a great trip discovering the local lakes!

Came in last minute on Saturday with 2 flat tires. Since they had a lot of work orders in the workshop, they kindly allowed me to use their tools and space to change the tubes myself! Top customer service and saved my bike your for tomorrow!

I bought a STEVENS Vapor from Grupetto and had them convert it into a gravel bike with mudguards, lights, and a rack. The look was very important to me. My wishes were taken into account down to the last detail and implemented perfectly! I've already taken the bike on a few short tours, and it rides exactly as I wanted. I can get from A to B very quickly! Thank you, dear Grupetto team!
