The big bike shop (now defunct) simply kept fixing the flat tire and making me pay again. They meticulously searched for the cause (after all, it was an "indestructible" tire) and finally found it – tiny pieces of glass in the tire! Thanks, and I'd be happy to use it again.

Mr. Röhnert is helpful, friendly, and competent, and his prices are fair. We've known all the family's bikes are in good hands with him for about 10 years. And if he does make a minor mistake, he'll fix it immediately and at no extra cost.

My girlfriend had two flat tires on her long tour last week. We had a spare tube with us for the first one, but not for the second. Luckily, the second one happened just before we reached the bike shop. The elderly gentleman meticulously investigated the cause and replaced the tube. We were then able to ride to our destination without any further problems. Thank you again for your quick and uncomplicated help!

Two days ago, a link in my bicycle chain broke, so I couldn't continue riding. Luckily, I was near Rad Röhnert, because the chain was repaired in no time and without an appointment. The owner is very friendly and helpful.

I had a minor fall on my bike, and the chain came off. Luckily, I was right in front of this bike shop. Within a minute, a friendly employee came over and put the chain back on the sprocket for me. It was super quick and free of charge. It saved my trip! :)

Very fair and trustworthy. At first, I was swayed by the one negative review, but Mr. Röhnert is truly competent and I am very satisfied with my repair. Everything works perfectly – simply excellent work!

I had my bike here to have a new chain guard, rack, and brakes completely replaced. This cost around €70. The quality of the work was really good. I'll go back. My next purchase will be LED lights :-). Update: The new lights and installation were also worth the money.
