I called shortly before our bike tour because my front tire just wasn't working. They were able to come over right away. The problem was fixed quickly and with absolute friendliness, and the "issue" was explained to me. After that, nothing stood in the way of our bike tour with my daughter. Thank you so much again for that. We'd love to come back.

We were on vacation in Meissen and had a flat tire. The repair shop was very helpful. They helped immediately, fixed the problem, and even gave us tips. We highly recommend it.

World-class bike shop and a wonderful person. I had a torn tire and was a bit pressed for time, so I brought both bikes in. Everything was changed and swapped in no time, front and back. Plus, the location is lovely. In the evening, I came back with my bike to thank them again, and we had a long, pleasant chat. Highly recommended. 5 stars+

We had a flat tire and found a very, very friendly and helpful bike shop. They spent a long time looking for the cause, and after replacing the inner tube, it turned out that the tire/cylinder was defective. Fantastic! 👍🏻 Thank you!

In the heart of the city, where the wheels turn, Stood a small shop, well-known and charming. Guy came in, with a smile so fine, For a rental bike, known as the best in the land. "Good sir," he said, "I need a speedster, With wind-powered wings and a feather-light weight." The shopkeeper nodded, with a deft hand, Gave him a bike, the best in the whole land. Off went Guy, full of joy and energy, Through the streets, so cheerful and young. But oh! The brakes failed, But his joy didn't diminish in the slightest. Down the hills, with the wind in his hair, No brake to hold him back, only the wind. One Saturday afternoon, carefree and without a care in the world, Guy felt alive, in a very rare way. He returned the bike, laughing so loudly, Thanking the shop for the happiness it had entrusted to them. "For a moment," he said, "I was part of the clouds, And for that, dear shop, I am eternally proud." So much for the shop with the broken brake, That gave Guy an adventure, completely carefree. Very nice bike rental. We also got a great tip for a really nice tour. The bikes were in great condition and reasonably priced.
