We dropped off two bicycles for a check-up. They were perfectly serviced and minor adjustments were made. This was explained to us in detail when we picked them up. The handlebars were adjusted precisely to my wife's measurements. Super friendly service, excellent value for money – we'll definitely be back.

I stopped by after a flat tire and was able to change my tube in the workshop after a very helpful employee helped me remove the tire from the rim. After that, I was able to continue my tour. Thank you so much for the emergency assistance 👍

We had a problem with our hydraulic brake on our tandem bike while cycling along the Elbe Cycle Path. The brake lever broke off because the tandem had tipped over. I called several bike shops, but no luck. Only the owner of May Rad called back and carried out the repair immediately. Top-notch service! I highly recommend this shop. Thanks again from Leipzig!

Very good service and a pleasant atmosphere. The staff was consistently friendly, competent, and really took the time to give me good advice. I feel like I'm being taken seriously and well looked after – something I can't take for granted. I'd be happy to come back :)

The side mirror on the handlebars was broken. The owner immediately had the right replacement in stock. It was installed right away. We were also allowed to use the staff restroom. The service was exceptionally professional and courteous overall. Highly recommended!

One star is too much. Today I wanted to schedule an appointment for my e-bike, and I was told it was a "Chinese bike" and that I should ride it until it breaks down and then throw it away. This man clearly doesn't want to work. That's fantastic customer service!

I just had an emergency. The chain switch wasn't adjusted correctly. Even though I wasn't a customer, the guys helped me immediately. Great service, thanks again!
