I had noticed the bike shop nearby while planning our camping trip and decided to have the chain on my wife's e-bike replaced, as it was already stretched. The day before the appointment, the bike suddenly made a cracking noise while we were riding downhill. We decided to turn around and visit the bike shop, hoping they could help us. A quick, expert look was enough to determine that a spoke in the rear wheel had broken. We thought our trip was over, but not with Fahrrad-Papst (Bike Guru)! They offered us a free loaner e-bike so we could continue our tour. The next day, the bike was completely repaired – chain replaced and a new spoke installed – all for a very fair price! A top-notch bike shop with excellent service. They really know how to help!

Doing a bike tour through Europe and came to this shop with a tyre problem. He sorted it out for free and even gave us a water bottle for the journey ahead. Great service - lovely man and a lovely shop!! Highly recommend.

We are staying at the campsite in Boxdorf and use our bikes a lot during our holiday. The lock on my bike was loose, so we went to Rad-Pabst because it was nearby. Even though they were very busy, I was helped immediately and the lock was securely fastened again. This was done free of charge. Many thanks to the bike mechanic for this quick service!
