I brought here a Chinese carbon racing bike in individual parts, which I hadn't bought there, and wanted to have it built. They agreed to fulfill my request, which was a very pleasant surprise, after many rejections from other bike shops. I think that's a good thing, because in the end they were able to sell me accessories and did good follow-up business. (Clever and far-sighted) I can absolutely recommend Gegenwind4.0 and am very satisfied with the way my order was accepted and the workmanship. Simply brilliant, and the mechanic with his French slang who advised me on the phone and in the shop fits in perfectly...you can see the fun and passion he has...I would go back anytime. Clearly recommend it.

Among other things, I had major damage to my eMTB. Gegenwind4.0 helped me promptly, and the damage was repaired professionally. Communication and accessibility were consistently excellent, and the staff were always friendly and courteous. Even with minor issues, they're always willing to listen and provide quick, straightforward assistance.

Absolutely 1000/10 service!!! I stopped by today, Saturday, just before closing time, and they took care of me and my bike super quickly. The service was top-notch, far more than I expected. I even got to be there! The employee's good mood and pleasant, friendly, and relaxed manner rubbed off on me, so I walked out of the bike shop with a big smile.

I'm very satisfied! In my case, it was a long-distance purchase via a freight company, shipping well over 400 kilometers. The road bike arrived perfectly packaged after just a few days. It's in perfect, mint condition, as promised! The gears and brakes are very well adjusted! They also offer bikes in unique colors—not just the same old thing. Highly recommended! I give them a full 5 stars!
