During our vacation in Pirna, Saxon Switzerland, my husband was thinking about looking for new hiking boots. One evening, we went into this small shop just before closing time because another customer was being served, so we only had a quick look around. The next day, we had a bit more time, and the owner himself was there again. He gave us very friendly and extremely competent advice. In the end, my husband decided on a pair of Meindl boots and tried them out the very next day – he is very satisfied! Customer service and advice are still very important here. 😊👍🏼 All the best to you!

This outdoor shop is small, yet absolutely amazing. The owner is a very kind, service oriented and patient person who has excellent knowledge of the equipment he sells. I highly recommend this place.
