I'm really disappointed, if not downright furious. Three months ago I bought an e-bike for €3,500, and now the brakes are rubbing or the entire pedal arm and pedal come off while I'm riding, which is obviously dangerous. And if I want to get it repaired, I'm supposed to pay for the repairs myself, because of the mistake made by the people who assembled it. At this price, you should be able to expect a functioning and safe bicycle.

When looking for a new e-bike, my first stop was the Cube Store in Pirna. Thanks to Mr. Förster's friendly and very competent advice, I quickly found the right e-bike for me. All my questions were answered clearly and to my complete satisfaction. The desired additional parts were installed on the new e-bike quickly and easily. The workshop is okay, but otherwise I wouldn't recommend it. The staff are lazy and unfriendly, just hanging around the shop. Never again...

Especially at opening time, the high volume of customers can sometimes mean that these tasks cannot be completed within the expected timeframe. I needed a new tire valve just before my vacation and had very few available appointment slots. I called early in the morning and got an appointment that same evening. The valve was replaced immediately (it took 5 minutes). Excellent service at a more than fair price. Highly recommended.

I'm only moderately satisfied with Fahrradkette in Pirna. For the vast majority of customers, the shop is acceptable, but for me personally, it's no longer an option. My first contact was with the repair service, where I inquired about getting an appointment within a month. Unfortunately, I was told rather curtly that this wasn't possible, as other cyclists were also waiting for appointments. I found this somewhat unfriendly and not very customer-oriented. For smaller purchases, like accessories and DIY bike repairs, the shop is fine, but for professional service, it's not acceptable to me. Overall, I would recommend the shop for simple, minor repairs, but for service needs, I will likely look for other options in the future.

I simply wanted to buy 26-inch tires. Unfortunately, they weren't in stock but were available at the central warehouse in Dresden. That may be true, but after a week without any notification that the tires were there, I ordered them from Amazon. Sorry, but that's unacceptable. It's a shame for local retailers.

We had problems with the chain, and there were no customers in the shop, only two salespeople, and no time to change it. Thanks to the company that makes bicycle chains. According to the salesperson, "he was all thumbs"... I also got a scanner from a seller with bad reviews.

Absolute disappointment! Price agreements were not honored, and the result of the fork service is visible in the pictures. They then charged an additional €60 for it. The damage to the Fox fork was supposedly already there, of course. Wow, such shoddy workmanship...
