We rented two bikes here today for a cycling tour. The bikes were in perfect working order. We also received a friendly recommendation for the tour and a thorough introduction to the bikes. Excellent!

A small, family-run business; the staff are always helpful and treat customers fairly. However, the shop isn't really suitable for buying bikes, but rather for rentals and repairs. I always feel comfortable there.

We had a frustrating breakdown one evening during a bike trip along the Elbe River. A derailleur broke, and continuing our journey seemed impossible. The shop owner kindly answered the phone shortly before 8 a.m. the next morning. Surprisingly, the necessary replacement part was in stock. The repair took an hour, and then we were able to continue. The price was also very reasonable. Everything went perfectly. Thank you!

Today, Fahrrad Bäßler saved our vacation. I had a flat tire yesterday, and we were able to bring the bike in today. Everything was done within 30 minutes. Quick, easy, and at a good price. A heartfelt thank you to the father-and-son team from Marion in Hamburg.

Anyone who drops off their bike there and isn't sure what the repair needs should avoid this "professional" mechanic. The ball bearings were removed and reinstalled, but the bike was still broken. After much stalling, I was charged €36! Stay away from this shop!

I, too, was rescued by Mr. Bäßler. I was standing in front of the store with a broken tube and bad tires before opening and was immediately treated by the chief physician. Within half an hour, my bike had new tires, and our tour to the Ore Mountains could continue. Thank you very much. Excellent service.

Simply outstanding! My wife had a completely wrecked rear wheel on her e-bike after a fall. We took the bike to Mr. Bäßler in the evening and were able to pick it up the next morning. New rim, new spokes, etc. Our short cycling vacation along the Elbe was saved. Very friendly and very fair. THANK YOU AGAIN!
