€10 for the installation of bicycle grips (2 screws) without prior notification of this service. The purchase was cancelled. The competitor, Zweirad Gollmann, did it for free!

Unfortunately, my staff were probably overzealous in this situation. I would like to give you a voucher as a small token of apology and apologize to you personally. I visited the shop last Saturday because I had a problem with my brakes while passing through. Even though it was just before noon, I received immediate, competent, and friendly assistance. I was really pleased that I received help so quickly. That's what a bike shop should be like. I can definitely recommend the shop. PS: Thanks to your receipt/description, I actually got the costs reimbursed by "my repair shop" today. Thank you very much 👍😃

During a bike tour from Dresden to Pirna, we noticed that both of our bikes had too little air in their tires. We went to the bike station asking for help. The service was incredible. (I had expected to borrow an air pump...well, help yourself...) No... We were asked to take the bikes to the workshop, where they were immediately adjusted to the correct air pressure using a compressor and pressure gauge. Absolutely exemplary and exemplary. Of course, we were happy to pay for this service. Thank you & we highly recommend it.

We ordered four e-bikes by phone the day before and asked for a cycling map and tour suggestions. A very friendly man answered the phone. The next day, a woman was there, very unfriendly and incompetent. She couldn't even tell us if there was a cycle path to the Bastei; we were referred to Google. We received no tips or information for the tour, and we were so disappointed with the employee. Unfortunately, there was no way to leave the bikes after 6 p.m. The bikes were fine, and we ended up finding our own route to the Bastei, taking the ferry across the Elbe and following the Elbe Cycle Path.

I find it regrettable that you left such a review. I told you on the phone that we have cycling maps available. My employee offered you these maps for purchase and even let you look at them. You declined to buy a cycling and hiking map. Since my employee usually travels by tricycle due to health reasons, she couldn't explain the exact route to the Bastei, which isn't her responsibility anyway. For such questions, there's the tourist information office, or you can use cycling maps, Google Maps, or Komoot. You didn't want the cycling map, and my employee pointed you to Google Maps and Komoot. I could have explained it to you myself, but I had the day off. Our primary task is to provide you with decent and functional bicycles. We did this, as you yourself have seen. Now, to criticize us for not being open after 6:00 PM on Saturday evenings is very concerning. Simply locking the bicycles in front of the door and dropping the key in the mailbox would be far too insecure. It would be irresponsible to suggest that you be personally responsible for the bicycle until it is handed over to the bike station. Since even in a beautiful city like Pirna not everyone is honest, the risk of theft is too high. It would be unprofessional to suggest that to you. And surely my staff and I are allowed to have a private life on Saturday evenings after 6:00 PM.<br><br>It's a shame that your negative review has harmed us, even though we provided you with good bikes. A little personal responsibility wouldn't hurt, even on vacation.<br><br>Perhaps you will reconsider your review.

Frank and his team are very customer-oriented. They fulfill all requests. You'll find a friendly dealer here who is truly passionate about what they do. I've rented e-bikes from them a few times now, and it certainly won't be the last. 👍🏻

The only place I know of in Pirna where you can rent bikes on a Sunday. Luckily, the rental worked without a reservation, as I spontaneously decided to go on a bike tour. I honestly don't understand the negative reviews. They explain transparently beforehand what potential damages are covered and what risks are involved. The communication in the shop was excellent; despite several customers, I didn't feel like I had to wait long. Nevertheless, he gave the previous customers good instructions. A good balance. I can recommend the shop to anyone who wants to rent a bike. I would definitely come back.

We rented two bikes for a day and were very happy with the bikes. We returned shortly before the shop closed, but were still greeted very warmly. The reasonable price of €10 is also worth mentioning.

Maybe good, can't say. Because we needed a passport to hire ( driving license not accepted). Not mentioned on the website in advance or we would have brought it. Anyway another company was able to assist so we had a good time anyway.

Since we rent brand new very good bikes, it is not too much to ask for a passport or ID card. It is the same with every car rental company. Unfortunately, we have had bad experiences in the past and what is the problem with having a passport abroad? Would you complain about this to a car rental company?
