We felt very comfortable here and found the products we wanted at a good price. There was absolutely nothing to complain about. Very friendly, professional, and the communication was excellent. That's something you can only wish for in other sporting goods stores. We'll definitely be back!

My attempt to drop off my snowboard for servicing in mid-December failed miserably. I was rudely informed that snowboard drop-off was only possible on Wednesdays—funny, today is Wednesday. I explained that I didn't urgently need it, to which I replied, "I don't need it either!" Great, if you don't value your customers. It wouldn't have been a problem for me to drop it off and pick it up in January, but okay, that's German customer service for you. I'm happy to travel halfway around the world to get my snowboard serviced. I just came from Austria and deliberately chose to have it serviced locally to support the region. But if I'm going to be treated so rudely, I'd rather take my money to Austria. At least the service quality is decent there, and I don't have to put up with being treated like that.

Very friendly, owner-operated shop, very good selection, something this nice should be supported, I will buy all my ski and clothing equipment here!

Excellent professional advice. And that's why they don't necessarily leave work on time.

While searching for a local sports shop to service my alpine skis, I came across this company. Two weeks before I needed them, I visited the shop. A rather grumpy employee greeted me with "What's up?" or a similarly flippant greeting. When I asked if I could drop off my skis for servicing, I was told that it was possible, but I couldn't bring them in until the next day because they currently had no storage space. I then briefly inquired whether I really had to drive 12 km back to the shop the next day, then back home again to pick them up two weeks later. The man confirmed this. Unfortunately, I can't comment on the quality of the work, but the customer service, as well as their economic and environmental responsibility, is abysmal. One star because someone was there at all, one star because I could theoretically have gotten my skis serviced had I returned the next day. Hence, two stars. What a shame; I guess I'll have to send the money to Austria for servicing after all.

The service for my skis was very good. Unfortunately, Mr. Schulz uses his expertise to make fun of "normal customers" like me, so you get turned away if you have old or used equipment. When he makes a mistake in selecting new boots, he even becomes very rude. When I point out his mistake, he doesn't apologize. A shame.
