In June 2023, while searching for a Pearl Izumi cycling jersey (a brand I've known for years; I'd always ordered from their major competitor, bike-discount), I landed on the Trikotexpress website. To my great delight, Trikotexpress, based in Pirna, had the jersey I wanted in size 3XL (even bike-discount had never carried that size). On July 5th, 2023, I ordered the jersey and a pair of Vaude cycling shorts. Three months and two weeks later, I'm very happy with both and would definitely order from Trikotexpress again.

My order (a men's jersey) arrived quickly and the quality was good. Since it was a gift and the jersey didn't fit, I inquired about an exchange. This wasn't possible because the jersey in the required size was no longer available. I was then advised to choose a different jersey from the shop, which I was told I would receive immediately after returning the first one. I was also assured that I would receive the current discount for the second jersey as well. After 10 days, the new jersey still hadn't arrived. Despite several inquiries and requests for an update on the issue, I received no response. Instead, the purchase price was refunded without any explanation. This is not what customer service should be! Absolutely not recommended; I will definitely never buy anything from Trikotexpress again!

If you're looking for really good cycling apparel, Trikotexpress is a must-visit. Their visually appealing and clearly laid-out online shop offers a huge selection of all the well-known cycling brands at very reasonable prices. The team is knowledgeable and can fulfill almost any request in no time. Delivery is always super fast and accurate, and delivery times are always met. We highly recommend this fantastic company to all cycling enthusiasts.

A huge selection and great service in the small shop. They took their time with me, and I was able to try things on and make my choice at my leisure. If you're ever in the area and unsure about sizing, you should definitely stop by. You might even find a bargain.

Very good prices, but unfortunately inadequate handling of complaints and customer service. Very disappointing, what a shame. I would certainly have become a loyal customer.

Excellent online shop with a great selection. Furthermore, the service regarding returns was outstanding – they very easily exchanged a jersey for the correct size, even though it was already sold out (it was restocked, and they kindly remembered me). Keep up the good work!
