Excellent customer service and very friendly support. They really cater to your individual needs – even if you have somewhat unusual requirements. Zweirad Gollmann is the perfect place to go. I've now bought my second e-bike there and have been very satisfied both times. The workshop does a fantastic job, too. Highly recommended!

We ordered a very high-quality, lightweight e-gravel bike from Zweirad Gollmann. The service and communication were excellent, and the shipping via a freight company was lightning fast. Ordered on Monday at 10 a.m., it arrived Tuesday afternoon. And that's with a distance of 600 km! I would recommend this shop without hesitation. I've rarely had such a great shopping experience.

While searching for a new gravel bike, I stumbled across "Gollmann's Bike Shop" by chance. I contacted them via email and received an immediate (!) reply: "Your dream bike is in stock, when can I come for a test ride?" At the agreed time, the bike and the owner were already waiting. An interesting and relaxed introduction followed, the saddle was adjusted to the perfect height, and then it was time for the test ride. Everything was perfect. The bike and the money changed hands, and a first inspection was included free of charge. I haven't been this satisfied after a purchase in a long time! My subsequent questions, which I sent via email, regarding suitable accessories such as racks and fenders were answered comprehensively, and an additional part I ordered was promptly shipped. What more could a cyclist ask for in terms of fast service and friendliness! I will definitely be going back to "Zweirad Gollmann" 👍

I've known the shop for a while and this was my first "real" customer. I was looking to buy or lease a new bike. With an appointment, they take their time, offer a test ride, and provide well-tailored advice. Today was the bike delivery day; everything was explained well, everything was done calmly and with plenty of time (the appointment was made). You feel at ease.

In March 2025, I was looking for an e-bike for my wife (under 1.60m tall) with a suitable frame size. Apparently, bikes that fit her height are rare, something I only realized during my research. I found what I was looking for in this shop (a Morrison E 6.0 26" with Bosch Performance motor and 10 gears (11-42 teeth)). The great thing about this shop is that in more complicated cases like mine – the bike needed to be shipped without a test ride, in the smallest possible package, and with various spare parts for onward shipping abroad to an address in Germany – you can actually get the owner on the phone and clarify what is and isn't recommended, and why. That was a huge help. Thanks again to Mr. Gollmann and his team; the bike survived the journey well, is now being ridden on a small Greek island, is working perfectly, and my wife is very happy with it. She's really enjoying tackling the hills here now.

I had a Kiox system retrofitted and serviced. Simply perfect! A top address for everything bike-related! The people who work there are funny and very friendly, and they provide excellent and competent advice. You can tell they enjoy their work; they take the time to address every issue. 👍👍👍👍Amazing. While searching for a new bike, I came across the well-presented website of Zweirad Gollmann online. Here are my impressions of the local shop. - A well-stocked specialist shop with a good selection of bikes from a wide range of categories. - The advice was excellent, as my ideas and wishes were taken into account and alternatives were also suggested. The salesperson told me that they had a larger selection in their warehouse and brought two other bikes forward for me. - After selecting the model, I was able to test ride four bikes at my leisure and thus determine which one was right for me. After several days of consideration, I took another test ride on my second favorite. They even installed a different handlebar for me to ensure an optimal seating position on my favorite. - In the end, I decided on an urban e-bike that isn't too heavy and, thanks to its rear motor, offers good support on steep hills. I actually didn't want to buy an e-bike, but the overall package suited my needs so well that I decided to go for the bike. - After making my decision, I still needed the right accessories, such as a helmet and lock. The store also had a good selection. I quickly found a folding lock, and after trying on a helmet from a wide range of models, I also found one. After completing the purchase, I was able to pick up my new bike after two hours (installing the handlebars, routing the cables, and attaching the lock to the bike), and I've been very happy with it ever since. I've only covered 64 km so far, but I've had a lot of fun and hardly any effort on the hills. I'm completely satisfied with my choice of model and can recommend it to anyone looking for service and good, professional advice. Thanks to the team, and keep up the good work. On the recommendation of a mutual friend, I confidently ventured into this bike shop. Even with only a vague idea of ​​what I was looking for in a new bike, the salesperson's extensive experience allowed me to quickly get the best advice. A test ride with various bikes was offered the next day, including my own personal bike, which I naturally couldn't refuse. The price-performance ratio is very satisfactory. In short, it's not just a shop where you can buy a bike, but one where the Gollmann family's passion for cycling and their staff provide excellent customer service.

With so many positive reviews, you naturally go into the store with high expectations, and even those are exceeded. I can't think of a single point to criticize. They take their time, listen to the customer's needs, and recommend the perfect bike for the customer, without the fear of being talked into the most expensive bike, but rather the perfect one for the requirements we discuss. I am more than satisfied with the entire team at Zweirad Gollmann, and the owner himself knows exactly what he's talking about and what he's selling. Many retailers should take this store as an example!
