When I arrived at the repair shop today with a flat tire, I received prompt and friendly service. I was able to pick up my bike with a new inner tube 30 minutes later. Excellent service.

We were happy to help. Thank you for the excellent review.

The workshop is open for emergency service on Fridays from 10 am to 2 pm. Unfortunately, no one was available. Despite moving house and the pandemic, I was able to get help from someone nearby.
Owner's response
Just read the sign on the door and come into the workshop. It's that simple! Everyone's been doing it this way today!

I bought my bike there three years ago and I'm very satisfied. They replaced the pedals for me twice free of charge. Even the smallest repairs are done free of charge (e.g., adjusting the gears). The service is excellent, thanks to Mr. Bachmann. He's always friendly and provides expert advice (he's often in the back workshop and is definitely the person to contact with any technical questions). Last week we bought a bike for my wife, and that was quick and easy too. I'm very happy. One suggestion for improvement would be to add e-bikes with rear-wheel drive to their product range (for energy recuperation).
Owner's response
Hello, thank you very much for your excellent review. We are pleased that you are satisfied with our company. Perhaps we will be able to offer you an e-bike model with rear-wheel drive soon. See you soon and safe travels. Dirk Bachmann

My taillight stopped working. Yesterday, a nice gentleman replaced one of the bulbs, saying it was broken. But even with the new bulb, it still didn't work in the evening. So I went back again today, and there was a woman in the shop. The first thing she said was, "You'll probably have to buy a new taillight; they don't make that type anymore." After an awful argument (that I didn't want to be talked into buying something new, but just had it repaired), I rode a few meters further to the next shop and they solved the problem in three minutes (!!): a contact wire inside was bent! All it took was a screwdriver. With three bike shops in Radebeul, you'd think they could put in a bit more effort than that woman, even with minor issues. We certainly won't be choosing our two planned e-bikes from Fahrradhaus Wolf.

We rented bikes with our children; everything was great; we'd gladly do it again 👍👍👍👍 And our youngest is getting his new bike from you for Christmas 😉 Thank you for the friendly and thorough advice; it made our decision much easier; and Junior is already looking forward to it ☺☺☺

Shortly before closing time, I asked about changing the brake pads (disc brakes) and what the estimated cost would be. The woman present replied: "Well, are they round? Yeah, I don't know. Um, well, he's in a bad mood anyway, I can't bother him now..." Me: "It's not about today, but when, and the cost." The woman: "Yeah, no, that's too risky for me. We only carry Shimano, and like I said, he can't do it right now anyway." Me: "When would be a good time to ask?" The woman: "Yeah, I don't know, hehe. Don't you want to do it yourself?" ... Great! 🤦🏻♂️ What's the point of a garage if I pay a fair price after the work is done...? I'll just go to a different garage! Addendum: Putting pressure on them? Rude? Well, I greeted your colleague/employee politely, asked a reasonable question, and if I only received a curt answer, I simply asked again. That doesn't have much to do with putting pressure on anyone! Another company, interesting, especially since I've only been living in Radebeul for about four weeks. In that time, I've been to Netto, a kebab shop, Rossmann, and McPaper. In all these stores, I only had contact with cashiers, and it usually wasn't much more than a "hello" and "goodbye." So much for your "friendly" company. You can accept criticism or fight it tooth and nail, and, like you, put the critic in the dock!
