I got a flat tire on a Friday afternoon. Even without an appointment, they helped me immediately. I really appreciate that, and I was very grateful. The mechanic even replaced a missing part on my handlebars without me even asking. Fantastic! Excellent service and highly recommended.

We received a tandem bicycle (covered by our health insurance) and purchased a tricycle, and we were more than satisfied with the consultation. Mr. Richter carefully assessed our needs and presented various options. The bikes were meticulously adjusted to our specifications when we picked them up, and all our questions were patiently answered. We will definitely be back and highly recommend Tretmühle to everyone. The staff's high level of expertise and attention to detail are truly commendable.

Regardless of whether I buy a bike here, I must commend the outstanding service I received from the young man I had the pleasure of meeting today! I felt incredibly comfortable from beginning to end, and despite my endless questions, he was always friendly and helpful. Every concern or uncertainty was addressed, and he always offered the opportunity to try things out for myself. Add to that the perfect touch of personal experience and advice, and I'm more than satisfied. Admittedly, I don't have the expertise to assess the service from a technical perspective, but the opportunity to try everything out is a real highlight. Instead of beating around the bush, he quickly brought out the next bike, pumped up the tires, and before you know it, you've formed your own practical opinion. The service alone is definitely worth a visit!

My wife and I decided to buy e-bikes this summer. No sooner said than done, we headed for the TRETMÜHLE Radebeul. We quickly learned that we had made the right choice! A friendly, competent team advised us, BERGAMONT was our choice, and we were looked after to a very satisfactory standard. And that's not all! After three months, our bikes received their initial inspection, and we received rental bikes. I rode away with a flyer and was "shocked" in love. Sven quickly helped us out, made a suitable offer, and today I am the proud owner of this bike! That was fantastic!!! Many thanks to the team and all the best for the future, Your grateful customer Reinhard. Today, September 11, 2024, I would like to add to my review for a specific reason: Last Sunday morning, we wanted to go on a tour, as we often do. Standing by the bike, my wife said, "You've got a flat tire"... on the rear wheel!!! No tools (I wouldn't have needed them anyway), and a good bike was expensive. My luck in my misfortune, however, was that it happened at home and not on the tour. Monday morning, I went straight to the workshop and confronted the workshop manager with the mishap... and after a few words, it was clear that he would pick up the bike from the workshop the next day at 10:00 AM for repairs. A weight was lifted from my shoulders. No sooner said than done, he arrived on time, and the following day, at the start of opening hours, I was able to pick up my beloved bike again: RESPECT AND HIGH PRAISE - such dedication and expertise, it's unparalleled. Thank you so much for the quick help with my e-bike. My brakes weren't working very well, and after I called Robin at Tretmühle, an appointment was immediately arranged for the next day. Since I work on the same street, I dropped my bike off at 10 a.m. and was able to pick it up again in the late afternoon. The brakes are working perfectly again, and the price was absolutely reasonable. Thanks to everyone for the quick help! 👍🏻

On the 12th of August we got problem with one of our bicycles. A spok in the front wheel was broken. We didn´t manage to get any help until we came to Tretmühle in Radebeul. You met us with friendliness and in twenty minuters you had put a new spoke in place and we were able to continue our trip to Prag. Thank you! Göran and Marianne from Sweden
