Really helpful staff, great service, helped me picked out a bike and accessories for work commute. Very big store, you can try out the bikes as much as you want. One of my bike lights malfunctioned, I was able to give it and get a replacement very quickly. Will definitely be my go-to store for all bike related things.

Super nice bike store with almost all models in all sizes. Massive assortment, incredible staff, and good service. Bought a nice gravelbike here, got a discount on some fitting, and had the service department install them in no time without charge. All in all, amazing experience, assortment and prices.

Very friendly, helpful, and highly professional service from Metin at the Taucha store! He remembered my family and I from our pervious visit and provided excellent service. Highly recommend this store and the staff to help fulfill all your cycling needs and wishes!

In summer 2023 I was on a transcontinental endurance bicycle tour from North Cape to Gibraltar, and arrived to Lepizig (midway of my tour) with my chain exhausted. It had to be replaced asap. Needless to say how critical it was for me to get it done without loosing any time. The store and the workshop of Fahrrad XXL Leipzig are among the largest that I have ever seen. Packed not only with cycling goods but with a very professional, skilled and helpful team. The workshop is highly equipped and very resourceful. My bike was attended on priority basis, and 30 mins later I was on my way. I really appreciate the level of service. I can testify for the professional and personal attitude of the guys at Fahrrad XXL Leipzig. Highly recommended.
