I stumbled into the shop 20 minutes before closing time with a borrowed cargo bike from another provider and received excellent service from very attentive and friendly staff. I got new brake pads, the tire pressure was checked, and I was waved goodbye with directions for a scenic route back to my holiday apartment. A truly fantastic shop!

Unfortunately, my experience with the bike shop was unsatisfactory. I dropped off my road bike, which is a company bike, for its annual inspection. I brought the bike in the afternoon, intending to pick it up the next day. To my surprise, I received the collection code by email after what felt like only 30 minutes – which struck me as rather odd. According to the shop, the brake levers were tightened, even though they hadn't caused any problems before. Now they creak. The seatpost, which was previously perfect, was also tightened. I also complained about a slight rubbing of the rear brake under hard acceleration, but this couldn't be fixed. Furthermore, the derailleur was reset, including all settings and shift points. Why this was necessary is unclear to me. It also doesn't appear that the bearings were checked, cleaned, and greased. All in all, the inspection gave the impression of being rushed, which is disappointing. I hope that not all company bike customers are treated this way. It's a shame; the potential for a thorough and careful inspection was unfortunately not apparent. Canyon Aeroad CFR MVDP

While traveling in our campervan around Lake Zwenkau, my girlfriend's mountain bike gears broke down. The next day, we asked this workshop for help, and they were friendly, quick, and reasonably priced. Experience has shown us that friendly and fast service isn't always cheap, so we are grateful and more than satisfied with their service. Keep up the good work!

Great service, my e-bike had broken brakes. It was repaired quickly and easily. I also thought the price for the repair was very reasonable. I can only recommend it. Keep it up!

Excellent service! Always fast, high-quality, and friendly! We've had several bikes repaired and bought them there. Even bikes we bought elsewhere were always fixed up quickly ;)

I wanted a new bike, and I found it here. After friendly and patient advice, I was able to test ride my new bike. It was exactly what I wanted and needed. The price was right, so there was no need to think about it any longer. After the purchase, I was pleasantly surprised by the excellent service. The first check-up after a few kilometers was included, and my requests for various accessories were fulfilled immediately and professionally. I'd gladly shop here again.

A great team works at the shop. Any special spare parts they don't have in stock are quickly sourced. The employees are very friendly and always have a smile for you, even in the most stressful situations. I enjoy buying parts for my bikes here. Please keep it up!
