We were very satisfied with the consultation. Due to a company bike leasing agreement, we weren't exactly easy customers given our budget and the requirements we had for our e-bike. Nevertheless, they patiently showed us every available option. Of course, they also presented us with options outside our original budget, but not to simply extract more money from us, but rather to better meet our needs. The communication was outstanding, and we always got the right person on the phone. We felt completely well taken care of, and e-motion truly earned this sale. Their consultation, service, communication, and understanding of the customer are second to none. If we were to buy another e-bike, we wouldn't even bother looking at alternative providers. We are very happy with our decision to go with e-motion.

Absolutely thrilled! Everything was perfect at e-motion e-Bike World in Ahrensburg. The advice was fantastic – competent, honest, and excellent – and the team was incredibly friendly and helpful. I went there to choose and order my e-bike and felt completely at ease from the very beginning. Every question was answered, everything was explained clearly, and you could immediately tell that they work with a lot of passion. A truly outstanding service – a full 5 stars and a definite recommendation!

They sell e-bikes, but ordering spare parts is impossible! Not even for their own customers! And they don't offer any real practical help either!

You purchased a Specialized e-bike from us in 2021, and the battery now appears to be defective.<br><br>Since we no longer have an active business relationship with Specialized, we were unfortunately only able to offer limited assistance, as we are unable to order spare parts from them.<br><br>However, to still be able to help you, our workshop manager has provided you with the address of the nearest Specialized dealer so that you can have the battery replaced there as soon as possible.<br><br>This was the most practical way to help you quickly despite our lack of a partnership with Specialized.<br><br>We hope you understand this specific situation and wish you a swift resolution for your battery.<br><br>Your e-motion e-Bike World Ahrensburg Team

At the beginning of October, I took my eco-friendly bike in for inspection. It wasn't a problem that I had bought it elsewhere, and I received excellent advice on what needed to be done. When I picked it up the next day, I also had a very friendly, competent conversation with a member of staff, which was also very enjoyable. I'll take my bike there again if necessary. The consultation about a children's bike helmet about four weeks ago was also very good, and my grandson still tells me that the lady adjusted his helmet. I'm always happy to come back!

Top service at the e-Motion bike repair shop! With a defective ball bearing on my front wheel, and without an appointment, I was able to drop off my e-bike there immediately (despite it being peak season). The estimate arrived quickly via email, even including alternative components to choose from. The repair was explained to me in detail over the phone, and my wishes were taken into account. In the end, I felt I received fair advice and excellent service. The immediate service was fantastic, the parts procurement and repair time were reasonable, and the work was carried out perfectly – my bike rides safely and like new. Even as a new customer, I was welcomed without any fuss. A clear recommendation for anyone in the Ahrensburg area! Friendly, helpful, and highly competent – e-Motion team: Keep up the great work!

Hey everyone… I already wrote a review with my old account “Al Bundy”… Now I have to add something… When I picked up my M1 Spitzing S-Ped. from the workshop in top condition, I immediately made an appointment with the mechanic Ray for my Bulls AM 3 Ped. Agreed… Various things needed to be done… Sprockets, chain, etc., brakes, gears, and other stuff… Bulls has a problem with this connector between the battery and the bike… I think they're called Rosenberg connectors… This means that even while riding at full power, the motor can suddenly cut out… The cables and wires aren't routed optimally either… What more can I say… After a week, I got a call: the bike is ready, you can pick it up… The battery connection problem is fixed, the cables and wires are routed more efficiently, and everything else—the gears, chain, sprockets, and brakes—is perfectly adjusted and reinstalled… My Bulls is riding and working really well again… Great job… 👍👍👍 And now I'll add another one… My wife had some minor problems with her KTM bike… I called on Saturday and asked if I could bring the bike by… After about 20 minutes, I got a call back… "Sure, bring it by on Wednesday, I'll be there then." There… Who was that??? ... Ray… Okay… I went there on Wednesday and briefly explained what was wrong with the KTM bike… Repair and maintenance… The crank arms had play, the chain and sprockets were worn, the brakes were worn down, and other things that wear out or break after 4 years and 7000 km… The following Wednesday, I got a call: I could pick up the bike… The bike looked like new… Everything worked perfectly… These days, I miss the sense of community… As a customer, you're often dependent on service providers… Customers get annoyed because of long waiting times or high costs, or because the staff is stressed and/or annoyed by customers who complain… But we're all dependent on each other… As a customer, I want a service… As a service provider, I want to make money… All this annoyance, the complaining, the lack of friendliness—I don't have any of that here… Here, the atmosphere is relaxed and easygoing… Here, you can take your time… Here, the prices are affordable. Everything's just perfect... The whole workshop team is fantastic, and so is the sales team... Many thanks to the entire team... Many thanks, Ray, for your help and thank you for your hard work... 👍👍👍

I received fantastic help from Emotion today. Our cargo bike wouldn't turn; the wheel was locked at the rear hub. After dropping it off, they initially estimated it would take longer for a quick repair. However, I received a call that afternoon saying the bike was repaired. They were able to fix it immediately after inspecting the problem and the hub. Of course, replacing the gearbox wasn't cheap, but we really need the bike a lot, so we're very happy it worked out so well. Friendly service and thanks again!

How best to start this review? About a year ago, I went to EmotionBike Ahrensburg for the first time with a friend and was so impressed by the service that I've now ordered a Riese&Müller Charger4 from them myself through Jobrad. From the initial reception, consultation, and bike pickup, everything was excellent. Peter is a perfect advisor who catered to all my needs and recommended the essentials instead of selling me pointless junk. I highly recommend this bike shop and look forward to the next service/delivery. All I can say afterward is, "Keep up the good work, guys!"
