Hello everyone, I've been a customer for years and am always impressed by the products, the great prices, and the special offers. We've bought jackets, backpacks, and bags, as well as scooters and inline skates/ice skates. Even when I needed service, which has only happened once so far with a jacket, I received quick, friendly, and very competent assistance. Therefore, a clear 5 stars and I'll gladly shop here again! Absolutely terrible company. There's only ever a recorded message on the phone. They refer you to their email address. They don't respond there. No reply. A week and a half of no response. Ordered a stunt scooter and the screw keeps coming loose the very first time I use it. Stay away from Cox Swain scooters. I will be looking into and taking legal action.

NEVER order from here!!!! I ordered through Amazon. Shipping was handled by DPD (you know what to expect from them), and they claimed it was "delivered"—but nothing arrived. The seller refused all responsibility, blaming everything on DPD. No proof of delivery, no photo, no signature—just excuses and stalling tactics. I now have written confirmation from DPD that they cannot verify the delivery. Despite this, the seller refuses to compensate me. This behavior is absolutely unprofessional and customer-unfriendly. I am considering legal action.
