I was at the repair café the other day. I brought in a stereo receiver and explained the problems. A friendly colleague immediately got to work on it. He took some measurements here and there, located the faulty part, ordered a new one, and installed it. He also got a record player working again while he was at it. Everyone was incredibly friendly and competent. I'll definitely be back.

Fantastic, simply amazing! When I had the idea to breathe new life into my mother-in-law's inherited coffee service, Michael offered his help. The tiered stand rods were quickly sourced, and Michael already had everything else (ceramic and diamond drill bits). I was a little nervous, worried something might break, but Michael showed me how it was done, and then I felt confident enough to try it on my own :-) Everything went perfectly 🤩 During the 2.5 hours I was there, it was buzzing with activity… word has gotten around that Michael and his team help with great dedication, enthusiasm, calm, and ingenuity wherever they can. I especially appreciated being involved in the process/repairs and having the whys and wherefores explained. This sparks interest, and maybe next time you'll feel confident enough to try it yourself. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!

I visited the Repair Café today and was incredibly pleased. I had a broken lamp that meant a lot to me. Everyone was super friendly, and my lamp was repaired quickly and easily. Thank you so much! I'll definitely be back ☺️

A very pleasant and helpful atmosphere. Michael spent a long time, patiently, and competently working on my broken device and finally got it working again. Great, highly recommended.
