I ordered a Cox Swain Aluminium Stunt Scooter V-120 Pro. On the very first day, after only a few uses in the living room by my son, the screw on the fork kept coming loose every few minutes, causing the entire handlebar to wobble. The rubber grips also shift. Terrible quality. The next day I filed a complaint. I only received an email from a ticket system that is unusable. Calling the landline number in Ahrensburg only gets a recorded message. Emails are ignored. No response for four weeks. Now I'm taking legal action. Stay away. There is absolutely no customer service. One star because less isn't an option.
