I brought my bike here on my cycle tour across Europe as my tyre had almost completely worn away. I arrived at the shop just as he was about to close for lunch, but the man working there was friendly and stayed open to help me. He found me a new tyre and fitted it very quickly. Really appreciated the quick service and good value!

I took my e-trike in for a service. I picked it up in the morning, they checked it over, and I had it back by 3:30 pm... at what I consider a very reasonable price. Very friendly service. I would definitely use them again. Thank you!

For two years I've been looking for a bicycle, and the reason I never actually bought one was often due to the lack of advice. Quite by chance, I stumbled upon this wonderful bike shop two weeks ago, as they carry my preferred brand. What can I say? This is exactly what perfect, personalized customer service looks like! Everything finally clicked, and I decided to buy it. When I picked it up, even though everything was already "packed" for the shop, the real consultation began. They analyzed my posture to find the perfect saddle, adjusted my riding position with different handlebars, and changed the grips. What initially seemed like a huge price increase was quickly explained by Mr. Gravert, who credited the original parts, making the changes completely cost-effective. Now I enjoy my perfectly customized bike every single day, fondly remembering the excellent advice and a shopping experience based on genuine expertise, not unnecessary gimmicks. This is what true specialist retail is all about. These changes were made with expertise and a genuine passion for bikes. Thanks to Otto Gravert and team, we'll be buying the bike for the next family member here too. Simply THANK YOU.

A truly excellent bike shop. A great selection without the supermarket feel. The service is friendly, knowledgeable, and tailored to individual needs. I've often seen beautiful bikes here and finally decided to buy one. Fantastic! The bike was assembled and adjusted promptly. Highly recommended.

Highly recommended! We have always received excellent advice from Mr. Graviert and his staff. I personally purchased two e-bikes through an employer leasing program in October 2021. It worked perfectly. Our annual inspections are carried out to our complete satisfaction. Therefore, I wholeheartedly recommend them!

I would not recommend this Babboe dealer or service partner. They are very passive and unhelpful. They don't respond to phone calls or emails. You have to call and follow up yourself. After receiving incorrect advice and ordering the wrong spare part, they offered no compensation. A real shame!

Beware of this scam! I signed up for a bicycle lease through JobRad there. When I went to pick up the bike, they demanded a processing fee for listing it on JobRad. I was supposed to pay this in cash, even though it wasn't mentioned in the offer! According to JobRad, this isn't allowed, even if it's stated in the offer. The MSRP is the retail price! The dealer is now losing their JobRad dealer status. I never received my bike, and the dealer has canceled the contract.

Excellent service, fair prices, top-notch advice. Despite a full order book, they took our e-trike. They spent a long time troubleshooting, but found and fixed the problem. This is exactly how I imagine a workshop should be. Excellent! Accepted.

The owner took a lot of time for us, gave us detailed and competent advice, and even kept his suggestions within our desired price range. We were able to test ride the bikes, of course. Fair prices round out the positive impression. Highly recommended :-)

Courteous service, honest, professional advice, and even a quick touch of the bike for small things with good customers; this dealer supports Brompton enthusiasts. It's been my first choice for years. I drive there from Pinneberg specifically to leave my bike in the experienced hands of a trusted dealer.
