Unfortunately, I can't say anything positive about the service. I simply wanted to schedule a maintenance appointment for my wife's bike, including necessary repairs. After mentioning that I had bought the bike online, I was fobbed off with information about torque, sensor technology, and liability issues. In short: they only treat customers if they're already a buyer. This is a shame; that's not what I call good service.

Be careful when agreeing on the order - additional work is often carried out and parts are replaced if the customer is a trusting layperson.

We've used 2Rad Gildemeister for our bike repairs many times. They always respond quickly, provide transparent quotes, and offer fast turnaround times. Simply friendly and competent. We'll gladly use them again!

I got an appointment for the inspection very quickly and was able to pick up my bike the same day. The staff was very friendly.

I had my e-bike inspected and repaired at Gildemeister and I'm completely satisfied. They offered a quick appointment, the staff were friendly, and all the problems were fixed perfectly. I'll definitely be back and highly recommend them.

I still miss the previous owner, Mr. Ellerbrook. I wanted to have my gears checked and adjusted. Appointment in four weeks. Okay, accepted. I went to the appointment, and a week later I got it back with nothing changed. The explanation: "It can't be done, it's too old. There are no spare parts anymore. Don't you want to buy a new bike?" "No, I don't, if it's just the gears that need adjusting." So I did it myself, and that's that. This kind of behavior would never have happened under Mr. Ellerbrook. Response to a statement from 2Rad Gildemeister GmbH: The fact that you don't have me in your records is likely because no work was done on my bike. If you took over Mr. Ellerbrook's records, you will find my name. Why would I make this up? It doesn't make any sense. Your employee refused to adjust the gears; they told me to buy a new bike. Every time we drive past your appointment sign now, I say to my wife, "It seems they're not doing so well with orders there anymore; I had to wait another four weeks." But, for me, that was the last time I'll be seeing you, and given your doubts about the situation, I'm probably better off without them.

However, I never found you listed as a customer, so I can't understand your criticism.<br><br>And the appointment issue doesn't seem quite plausible to me either. Since we restructured our workshop, we've consistently offered appointments within 1-2 weeks.<br><br>Of course, there are older shifting systems where spare parts are no longer available. I highly recommend it to all cyclists. Scheduling an appointment is quick and easy. The bike (cyclocross) was dropped off at the agreed time, and you will be notified via text message when it is ready for pickup. The staff are very friendly and courteous.

Fantastic👌😁 The spoke change to this amazing-sounding rear hub was completed in a very short time. Thank you Finn + Team 2Radgildemeister. My son is absolutely delighted; it's a real eye-catcher... The hub is an eye-catcher - the dirt bike's color combo of silver, white, and purple is perfect. The next conversion project shouldn't wait long: a two-piston finger handbrake this fall. Thanks again for the great implementation and for inspiring the Gildemeister team with it.

For me, the best motorcycle repair shop in the entire district. I unfortunately had a few problems with my Vespa, but I finally found a shop that helped me out with advice and practical assistance. Mr. Gildemeister knows what he's doing. Service and friendliness are top priorities here. The prices are more than reasonable, and nothing is left unexplained. I'd been to several other shops in the district before, and nowhere else did I feel as comfortable as here.
