++Excellent advice and delivery service provided personally by Mr. Natz – two years ago, including a test ride with my 100 kg weight and testing in our campervan (a 6-meter Fiat campervan) of the Petit folding bike in Braak near Hamburg. To this day (November 2024), no problems. Used on vacation in our campervan and for commuting to work four times a week (summer and winter) without any rust!! Purchase of two Petit folding bikes with wider tires on the rims. Additional ABUS lock – keyed alike – for both bikes. After riding in the rain, clean with a brush and store dry in the garage. Zero problems. Absolutely would buy again!! Many thanks to Mr. Natz and family. R. Walter

Initially, we were satisfied with the friendly advice we received when we were interested in the folding bikes. Mr. N. took the time to answer all our questions. When we placed our order, we were very excited. The bikes were supposed to be ordered, and we were told immediately. (This was confirmed in an email from Mr. N. dated October 29, 2021.) Our first less-than-friendly impression came in January 2022 when we tried to arrange a pickup date. Ms. M. Natz very rudely told us we simply hadn't come to collect our order. Since we had never received a date or any information about it, this was obviously impossible. Further phone calls and other interactions, during which we unfortunately ended up speaking to Ms. M. Natz again, were no better. In terms of friendliness, we only had truly good experiences with her daughter, K. Natz, and another employee, Ms. M. With them, all interactions—in person, by email, and by phone—were always very friendly and courteous. . ... . . . . . . . . . . . . . . Regarding the bikes themselves, we wouldn't buy from them again today!!!! After barely three months, one of our bikes started giving us trouble… we described the problem via email. After some back and forth, we finally arranged a drop-off appointment at the workshop for autumn 2022. Mr. N. accepted the order and said we could pick up the bike no later than the following week after the holiday (which happened to be a Tuesday). We asked him to call us so we could come and collect it. We received NO call! At the beginning of the following year, we inquired whether we could possibly pick up the bike again… It turned out that our bike couldn't be identified due to "lack of knowledge on the part of the customer." Another stroke of bad luck, because after we finally picked it up, we discovered that the actual problem hadn't been fixed after the bike had been sitting in Braak for so long. Once again, bad luck, because after we finally picked it up, we discovered that the actual problem hadn't been fixed after the bike had been sitting in Braak for so long. ******************** We were gradually becoming frustrated, as we had initially tried to explain the problem by phone and email, only to be forced to go back again. The tone from the seller's office also became unpleasant, both on the phone and via email. Finally, we took the bike back again. Then they told us, "This is no longer covered under warranty," and that we would have to pay for the display replacement... after the bike had been sitting there for months, during which time we couldn't use it, let alone claim on the warranty. We begged for some goodwill and, through gritted teeth, finally received a 50% settlement/partial payment from the seller. Now, the bikes have been in our possession for just over two years, there are many rust spots, and the display connection (cable) has failed twice already... Today, we discovered damage to the rear rim of one of the bikes and called Braak again to find out if we can purchase a new rear wheel. ``` ... Once again, I ended up with Ms. M. Natz, and once again, I had a disappointing experience/phone call. She said she couldn't answer such questions over the phone and that we should send our inquiries by email… It makes you wonder where the customers stand here?! Certainly not a priority, as a quick look at the customer data might have been helpful… If it were possible to give zero stars, we would, looking back… we're giving the one star to the friendly staff. Fortunately, there are plenty of places in Hamburg where you can get your bikes inspected or repaired… Leviatec apparently doesn't feel the need to offer competent after-sales service.

Your review is largely untrue. (It's true that your Petit couldn't be correctly identified after it was handed in due to a lack of labeling, and it's our fault. However, the fact that you only contacted us many months later to inquire about your Petit indicates to me that you probably didn't need it in the winter. At least your claim is true.)

The fact that you brought the Petit without a battery (which meant we couldn't work on it) and that you tampered with the light cable yourself isn't mentioned in your review.
Rust spots can occur where chrome is used on our bikes. These can easily be avoided with proper care.
If your display cable breaks several times, it's not a warranty claim, but rather your own negligence. This doesn't happen to our many other customers either!

Folding bikes require special care due to folding and transport. If you can't do this, you shouldn't buy a folding bike.

The damage to the rear rim also suggests that the Petit bikes weren't handled with particular care. We can order a complete rear wheel, including a Shimano hub. You haven't responded.
The insults to our employees in your review make it clear to me what you're trying to achieve with your false review. I will have it legally reviewed; unfortunately, as a seller, you're pretty much without legal rights on Google these days, so we'll see. In any case, I have extensive correspondence with you to substantiate my statements.
Regards, T. Natz

It's clear that the owner, Mr. Natz, is fully committed to the product he sells – I've rarely experienced such a comprehensive demonstration! After a final test ride, I ordered the bike. The bike is very practical, handles very well, and the electric motor is quite powerful; even the steepest inclines are easily managed. The workmanship is excellent; nothing rattles, and the entire bike makes a robust impression. The display is high-quality and perfectly legible even in bright sunlight. It was packed up in just a few steps and stowed in the trunk of the car. I also quickly got an appointment for the first service and was able to wait. Shortly before the service, the supposedly puncture-proof front tire went flat – the faulty inner tube was replaced under warranty. So, everything is perfect!

By far the best deals around. Excellent advice on size and features. But the true quality only becomes apparent when problems arise. A flat tire can happen to anyone if people throw broken glass onto bike paths. Here, the help was pragmatic, quick, and expert. We also received advice and assistance regarding useful accessories, such as an electric battery-powered bike pump for on-the-go use. We felt valued and well taken care of there. Klaus Rohde

Shortly before our vacation, we were able to get a very short-notice appointment. Our Leviatec Petit was inspected and repaired. Excellent value for money. Very friendly staff. Excellent phone and email contact. A dealer you can rely on. Thank you very much.

We were interested in a Leviatec e-bike petit with training wheels and received comprehensive advice from friendly and knowledgeable people. The bike impresses with its good quality at a fair price. The attachment and design of the training wheels is ingenious. They have suspension and can be attached and removed in just a few steps. This allows the bike to be used and transported like a "normal" bike and easily converted into a "tricycle." However, you have to be aware that riding a bike with training wheels requires a lot of relearning, as the handling is completely different. We highly recommend both the Leviatec e-bike with training wheels and this dealer.

I bought a Petit from the online shop. Delivery was quite fast. Just a few more steps and the bike was ready to go. I've only ridden a few kilometers so far and I'm thrilled. I also had contact by phone and email before the purchase. I received excellent advice then as well. I can highly recommend Leviatec.

I stumbled upon Leviatec by chance in September. We haven't regretted it at all. After a short test ride, we knew immediately that these were great bikes for my wife and me. The sales staff were incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. We bought folding bikes with some accessories. The sales department and workshop were excellent. And the bikes are also available at a good price. Highly recommended.
Owner's response
Thank you very much, Mr. Krüger. We are delighted that you are satisfied with your Petit e-folding bikes. And we are pleased that you took the time to write a review!

We bought our first folding bike at the beginning of October. The advice we received was excellent, and the test ride in front of the shop was very convincing! Once home, my wife (165cm) and I (186cm) thoroughly tested the bike over several days. Completely thrilled with its handling and quality, we ordered a second folding bike. The price, quality, and service were the deciding factors in our purchase. We would like to take this opportunity to thank you for the fantastic personal advice!

Every salesperson enjoys advising nice customers. And then you even took the time to rate us – thank you so much!

Excellent technical advice; the minor issues noticed during initial use (the handlebars weren't straight, and one of the onboard computers wasn't displaying all the ride data) were promptly resolved by the company after being reported. The bikes fold easily, fit neatly into the bags (also purchased on-site), and can be transported in the trunk. A fantastic folding bike, not exactly cheap, but worth every penny!
Owner's response
Great that you took the time to write a review, thank you so much! We are all delighted that you are satisfied with the high quality of our "Petit" electric folding bike!
