Very impersonal and self-absorbed. I brought my e-bike in for repair, and it wasn't properly fixed, so we wanted it repaired under warranty. However, this never happened, and the dealer showed absolutely no understanding. During conversations, they simply hung up on me. That's no way to treat customers. I absolutely cannot recommend this shop.

I took my e-mountain bike to Florian for a service, and he did everything to my complete satisfaction. I was also very happy with the price. He also adjusted the suspension. Florian explained everything clearly, and thanks to his experience working in Bavaria for a while, he knows what's important when riding in the mountains. Now I know what else I can adjust on my bike for even more fun on the trails. I will definitely take my bike back to him if anything else comes up, at the latest for the next service.
