Gave my daughter a mountain bike for her birthday. The bottom bracket and crankset were broken. Dropped it off at 11:30 a.m. and picked it up again at 4:30 p.m. Great service! Thanks for the quick fix. Top!

Hmm, well... Topic: Company policy... As is proper, I entered the store with a friendly greeting and then, also politely—as is proper—asked if it would be possible for me to park in the customer parking lot for 5 minutes? (I personally find it completely rude to park in company parking spaces without asking). I explained to the man behind the counter (until my question, his face was open and friendly) that I needed to pick something up from the shop next door; there wasn't a single parking space left on the entire street. The customer parking lot of Fahrrad & Mehr, on the other hand: completely empty! (Bicycle & More) Answer: "No, that's company policy, I can't change it."... Okay, ...Then of course not, but after such a statement, getting my bike repaired or potentially buying a new e-bike is out of the question for me. I've always been very satisfied here; sometimes little things make a big difference! This conversation, by the way, took longer than picking up the documents at the shop next door... You might call my reaction petty, but Fahrrad & Meer was even more petty and, above all, customer-unfriendly!

I'm at a loss for words for such a completely off-topic and inappropriate review.<br>Giving a business owner a 1-star review because someone is too lazy (to avoid writing lazily) to walk about 400 meters from the parking garage at Holz Junge is extremely selfish and much more. She writes herself that she was otherwise satisfied with us. Especially since this woman is also self-employed, with a podiatry practice. Customer parking spaces are for customers during their visit to the store. Given the parking situation here on Mühlenstraße, 5-20 people come into my store every day, all of whom only want to park for a short time. If I allowed that, our customers would often run out of parking spaces, that's the point! She calls it a minor issue. And as I said, parking spaces about 400 meters away are always free! Think about it...

I was assembling a tricycle kit and was having difficulties and making mistakes. At Fahrrad und mehr, I received quick, competent, and very friendly help. Some errors were fixed, and others gave me helpful tips on how to correct them myself. I'm now on the road with this tricycle and thank you for the quick, friendly, and competent help and the helpful tips to correct the remaining errors myself. Overall, the service was exemplary.

Best Bike Dealer in Town!! After bad experiences with the competition, I was looking for a competent and, above all, friendly bike shop. And I found it!
