I spontaneously went for a free gait analysis today because I was experiencing pain after changing my shoes and wanted to learn more about my running style to find the perfect pair. The staff member was really friendly and genuine, and I never felt pressured to buy anything. During the analysis, they recommended suitable insoles, which made a huge difference in the shoes. I bought the insoles right away. All in all, a fantastic offer and a super friendly and genuine saleswoman! Thank you so much!

Hello! I would like to thank the staff of this store for the very logical organization and the very clean fitting rooms. This is the first store where you can try on all the necessary items, which are displayed on a clean carpet with white socks. Great staff. The staff are very friendly, smiling, and attentive. Now I don't have to go to Hamburg; I can buy everything I need in Elmshorn. And if you don't find the right size, they'll call you (if you ask politely). I wish all the staff health, happiness, and lots of fun. I will definitely be back. Best regards, Alexander

The sales assistants were unfortunately too engrossed in their conversation to offer any advice. The selection was also rather limited. Since I desperately needed new athletic shoes, I bought some anyway. At home, I discovered that the shoes cost about half the price at all other retailers – even at Intersport's own online shop. For me, this is a complete deal-breaker. Since I urgently need the shoes and don't have time to order them online, I'll keep them, but that was the last time I'll be in that store. That's not what I call customer service.

We enjoy shopping at Intersport Elmshorn because the store is well-stocked and clearly laid out. If something is out of stock, we are immediately offered alternatives or the goods are brought to Elmshorn from other branches. The staff is friendly and attentive to customers. You also receive competent advice and assistance here. Ms. Aydin, in particular, greets customers with a smile. You feel welcome. Our experience with Ms. Aydin has been so positive that we immediately contact her for advice. The service is consistently high.

Very friendly service. Plenty of time was spent on testing and checking the shoes, despite the long line. In the end, they pointed me to the cheaper shoe on sale, much to their own detriment. That's what retail should be like! Perfect!

I was just in the store and specifically asked about running shoes for beginners. Martina and her colleague gave me a very warm welcome. Martina did a gait analysis on the treadmill with me and explained everything in detail. I received incredibly friendly and competent advice. We tried on several shoes, but in the end, I chose the one she had selected first. And it wasn't even the most expensive one. Customer satisfaction is clearly a top priority here. Now that's what I call a true expert! The store wasn't very busy, so she was able to take her time and give me some helpful tips for beginner runners. I'll definitely be back. Thank you so much!

Excellent advice and excellent service! I was served by Ms. Aydin, who was very attentive and addressed my needs immediately. If anyone is interested in sportswear or similar items, I highly recommend this shop.

The customer service in this store is just as bad as the one on Königstrasse! The employees engage in small talk and therefore probably don't have time to engage with customers. When I actively asked for advice, the lady pointed to a corner and said, "Just look there." Customer service is different! I can only advise against Ramelow!
