I've had three bike fittings in total. Martin was the only one where the "investment" was truly worthwhile. I've never felt more comfortable on my bike! My Cervelo and I thank you ;-)

July 19, 2022: I heard about Veloskop and Martin through word of mouth and decided to buy my first triathlon bike for my project. Since I'm a bit of a physical outlier, it was important for me to simulate the situation beforehand. I'd been having recurring problems with the fitting of my road bike, both before and up until my appointment with Martin. The advantage of Veloskop is their SICI bike, which allows you to pre-adjust almost all positions. I arrived at the shop in the morning, and the doors were closed behind me, ensuring one-on-one attention. After a brief chat, we immediately got to the problems I was having with my current bike and what my plans were. I had a review of my injury history, quickly changed clothes, underwent a short physical assessment, and after adjusting my current riding position, I got on the fitting bike with my own saddle. Several rounds of analysis followed, during which I wasn't told the changes, but only given brief feedback. He wanted me to focus solely on how it felt. I appreciated that. I think that's what unfortunately led to the wrong saddle during the previous fitting – yet again. Afterwards, we had a detailed discussion about the possibilities of a new bike, taking into account the current market situation (keyword: Corona), my personal financial situation and budget, and future options. With a new riding position, (once again) a new saddle, and somewhat poorer – though certainly more than reasonable for the service – I cycled back from Elmshorn to Hamburg and put the fitting to the test. It's also worth noting that the subsequent email communication worked really well. I'm very satisfied and am already looking forward to the next appointment. Addendum from September 30, 2022: Even after repeated inquiries, I still haven't received any data or a fitting report. After a long back-and-forth with an online retailer regarding the complaint, I now have a hopefully flawless triathlon bike on the way, which should fit me, but no fitting data to use. I had already discussed beforehand that the brands Veloskop offers are a bit too expensive for me, and I was looking for cheaper alternatives. We also discussed whether any of the offers would be suitable for me. Fitting of my existing bike: 5 stars. The pre-fitting process on the SICI bike: 5 stars. However, without the data, time and money were wasted! Another update (October 17, 2022): We were finally able to exchange the data by phone! One star deducted for the process; the service itself is excellent (as already mentioned)!

I came here for a bike fitting with my racing bike. Parking is available right in front of the shop. The fitting was carried out very systematically and competently, taking existing problems into account. I highly recommend it; it was worth every cent and the 200 km trip!

I felt very well taken care of by Martin. After a complete disaster with another dealer, Martin offered me helpful advice without being pushy. He tries to sell his customers sensible solutions and is honest about it, even if some purchases wouldn't make sense. I also enjoyed his professional bike fitting and have never sat so comfortably on a bike. Everything is measured, and various options are tried out without any time pressure. Then, the parts for the bike are ordered accordingly. The motto at the end: Get on, feel good, and ride. He didn't overpromise! He also took care of minor issues with the bike immediately and, above all, thoroughly. No rushed, mass-produced service, but professional service (no matter how picky you are 😉). All in all, I can wholeheartedly recommend Martin and have found my new trusted dealer!

A great shop with very interesting bikes. They don't currently have set opening hours, but appointments are available by arrangement. The service is good and competent. My newly rebuilt wheel is running great! 👍 Thanks again...

This is my go-to shop from now on. They offer excellent advice and never try to pressure me into buying anything. I got my old carbon bike ready for the new season with a power meter. Fantastic service. There's parking right in front of the shop if you don't live nearby and are dropping off your bike by car.
