I've been a loyal customer of Cult Bike Blankenese for many years and can wholeheartedly recommend this top-notch shop. My bikes have always been repaired there quickly, reliably, and with the utmost professionalism. The service is outstanding – straightforward, competent, and always solution-oriented. I've also bought two new bikes there and each time received very friendly, honest, and expert advice. You can immediately tell that the people who work there are passionate about their craft and place great value on quality and customer satisfaction. On a personal level, you simply feel well taken care of: The owners are genuinely kind people – incredibly friendly, helpful, and always dedicated. Special praise also goes to the two employees, Lisa and Ivan. They are both invaluable: always courteous, quick, competent, and with a real eye for solutions. For me, Cult Bike Blankenese has been the go-to place for everything related to bikes for years. A clear recommendation! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ – 5 stars for this fantastic shop!

I'm somewhat surprised that there are only good reviews, but I really struggled to even get an appointment for maintenance and inspection during the warranty period. I had problems with the chain from the very beginning. During the first inspection, the technician couldn't identify or reproduce the problem and therefore didn't do anything. At a subsequent appointment, the technician identified it almost immediately but didn't have the replacement part. The next appointment was really difficult to schedule due to staff shortages, stretching well into the new year. In any case, I had to wait weeks for each appointment, which I wasn't used to from a dealer and a repair shop. In the end, I was just outside the warranty period when I went to the shop, and they refused to repair anything under warranty. Since my first inspection was free and the subsequent visits didn't involve providing an invoice, there was unfortunately no proof of service. I would have expected a bit more goodwill, as I was very patient with the staffing situation and simply surprised that it wasn't possible to get an appointment at short notice for over a year. Besides the chain, I couldn't remove the front wheel to change the brake pads. The hub is stuck. Since I couldn't get an appointment here, I went to another dealer who could change the pads without removing the front wheel. Cult.bike told me, "Who knows what the other workshop did." My on-board computer lost its galvanic coating on an electrical contact very early on and kept malfunctioning, and they just told me to clean it. The issue with my chain: I should have addressed that immediately after purchase. Since I unfortunately had no proof that I was there repeatedly regarding this issue, I went home disappointed and will avoid coming back. I have to admit that I wasn't flexible with scheduling appointments at times, and combined with that lack of flexibility and the consistently long waiting times, this was simply the wrong dealer for me. I've never experienced anything like it. I find your comment about the front axle and the other workshop's fault absolutely outrageous. My front brake pads were completely unusable, and I simply couldn't get an appointment with you and couldn't remove the front wheel myself because it was completely jammed. I need this bicycle for work and had to go to the other workshop. You don't offer appointments, you're short-staffed, and you're refusing the warranty because I was forced to go to the other workshop. I thought long and hard about writing this review and struggled with the decision. But the way things ended with my final visit was just so outrageous that I had to get it off my chest.

Dear Mr. Neubert,<br><br>Thank you for your feedback. We would like to briefly address the points you raised.<br><br>The chain and cassette are classic wear parts. These are subject to natural wear and tear, especially with intensive use, and therefore, as explained in detail to you personally, are not covered by the warranty.<br><br>You have ridden your S-Pedelec approximately 5,000 km without having it inspected. However, regular maintenance is crucial to prevent potential consequential damage. Our mechanic also took the time to explain the correct shifting technique to you in detail, so that the cassette will last as long as possible in the future.<br><br>Especially with safety-related issues – particularly concerning the brakes – we place great importance on careful and prompt service. Despite high demand and typical waiting times of about two to three weeks, we immediately ordered the appropriate replacement part for you and arranged a timely appointment with you.<br><br>You canceled or rescheduled the agreed-upon workshop appointments several times – a total of four times – each time on the day of the scheduled appointment. You failed to appear for your fifth appointment without prior notice. We ask for your understanding that other customers are also waiting for available appointments and that we need to plan our capacity accordingly.<br><br>We assure you that we have done everything we can to support you in the best possible way and are, of course, still available to help you find a constructive solution.<br><br>Sincerely,<br>Your cult.bike Team

I just dropped off my VanMoof X3 to take part in the upgrade promotion. Super easy, straightforward, competent, friendly... I felt very well taken care of and advised in the store... what more could you want? And in a few weeks the X6 will arrive... 😃

The super-friendly team at CULT.BIKE gave me excellent advice. I was looking for a compact cargo bike with electric assist. After initially wanting to check out the Chike and even taking it for a test ride, Christian and Ivan also recommended the Yoonit. After a quick test ride around the block, I was instantly hooked and ordered the bike. Today I was able to pick up my new two-wheeled companion and immediately loaded it up with my folding scooter and head home. The ride back along the Elbe River was fantastic, and I'm certain I made the right choice with the Yoonit. I can highly recommend CULT.BIKE if you're looking to buy a new e-bike. They also have a good selection of accessories. Thanks again to the CULT.BIKE team for the great advice and introduction to the Yoonit. See you at the next service appointment! :)

Fantastic team and incredible service. I had a flat tire on our cargo bike. The team told me to come and, without any appointment, they just repaired it. I arrived at 1005 and left at 1025 with the bike. On top they work on Mondays, which is not so common in Hamburg and they have fantastics products in their shop.

Best sorted bicycle repair shop. Lovely people too. My bike was flat and they repaired it in less than 10 minutes. Awesome collection of vintage helmets, I have a couple in mind. Will be back for sure
