I was there in the afternoon, and while I was at the doctor's, they repaired my flat tire. The owner is super nice. Unfortunately, the tire went flat again when I set off. I called, and they repaired it again right away. I only had to wait 10 minutes and even received a voucher as compensation. I'll definitely be back next time I have a flat tire.

I had my bicycle refurbished and the front and rear lights repaired for winter. The inner tube of the rear tire was also replaced. Everything was done to my complete satisfaction, and they left nothing to be desired. I can highly recommend this workshop and will definitely go back if I have any further problems with my bike. Thanks again for the excellent (friendly, punctual, and competent) service!

I am extremely satisfied with Dennis Bolwin's service. He impresses with his high level of expertise and very pleasant, clear communication. I especially appreciate that he really takes the time to answer all my questions during online appointments. As a true Blankenese native, I haven't seen that kind of attention to detail at other bike shops lately. My bike was repaired quickly and reliably. My very old Dutch bike was in the care of the bicycle repair shop: I got a quick appointment with a pick-up service that worked perfectly. The inspection was also carried out quickly, competently, and at a fair price. I am extremely satisfied and can absolutely recommend the shop.

A big thank you to Dennis for his expertise and service at the Blankenese bike repair shop. He's the perfect place to start for bike maintenance and, above all, for more specific questions. Thanks to his experience, he was able to help me pair a child trailer with my cargo bike. Since I couldn't install the hitch as planned, he immediately came up with two ideas to make it possible. Now the mountain bike is being made ready.

Completely delighted! Thanks to Dennis for the quick and thorough repair of my Ghost full-suspension mountain bike (AMR 7500 from 2012). The chain was significantly stretched, and the cassette was badly worn. The bottom bracket also needed replacing. As standard practice, the air pressure in the suspension components was readjusted, and what can I say? It rides almost like new again, and the new cassette runs perfectly. This is truly sustainable and significantly cheaper than buying a new bike (plus, I love my 26" wheels). Highly recommended!
