We received exceptionally friendly and competent advice when purchasing our Urban Arrow Family bike at Siemersplatz. We didn't get the feeling that they were trying to maximize our sales, but rather that they genuinely wanted to meet our needs regarding the bike itself. Now, we have a warranty claim for a rain cover from Urban Arrow, and here too we received a very quick replacement and expert assistance. A big thank you and much praise to Marvin from the workshop and the team around Manuel in the shop.
