Good advice and excellent service were convincing. During the purchase consultation, my individual needs and wishes were taken into account, and various options were presented objectively and clearly. I drove over 40 km home with my new purchase today and have no regrets about the purchase.

We received the best advice imaginable for our newly awakened interest in recumbent trikes. The information provided was genuine, honest, and clear, and delivered with palpable passion. We were able to test-ride products from different manufacturers and now know exactly what we need. Thank you.

The owner is very friendly and knowledgeable. He takes his time to advise you. It's best to make an appointment in advance and allow plenty of time. The test drive was thorough and covered all types of surfaces, from gravel to cobblestones.

I was in Hamburg today. Since I had some time to spare, I wanted to take a look at a recumbent bike. So I arrived shortly before opening time and waited for them to open at 4:30 pm. When no one had arrived by 5:00 pm, and no one answered the bell, I left. Unfortunately, this was very disappointing, and therefore I can't give more than two stars. ... Do you really think I would have stood in front of the shop for half an hour if there had been a sign saying you were on vacation?
Owner's response
The store will be closed for summer break from July 27th to July 6th, 2019 - this is stated on the website, on Facebook and at the store.

Friendly and comprehensive advice! The owner took plenty of time and answered many of my questions about various recumbent bikes, even though I'm a complete novice in this area. He even gave me a date for a (longer) test ride, which I could book. Be sure to check the opening hours, as they are somewhat unusual.

I bought a Flux S900 from Mr. Bleckmann in the summer of 2015, received excellent advice, and have been enjoying this completely new riding experience ever since. I trust Mr. Bleckmann because, in addition to his good advice, he carries out inspections reliably and fairly. A clear recommendation if you want to switch to a recumbent bike.

Beware of fraud! A deposit for a bicycle is collected, but the bicycle is not delivered for months without explanation. An official cancellation of the purchase contract is ignored, leaving only the difficult and lengthy process of legal debt collection to recover the deposit. It's truly sad how unscrupulous and unreliable some dealers are...
Owner's response
Dear Ms. Traudi Pfundt,

Unfortunately, it's virtually impossible to have Google remove this kind of bashing, so we're happy to comment.

We are not aware of any customer named "Traudi Pfundt." However, there was an incident that could be related to your comment, although the circumstances were different:

A bicycle was ordered from us with a legally binding order. We clearly communicated that it was being imported and that the favorable price was only possible through a group order. With immediate delivery and individual import, we would have had to charge a higher price. Despite the custom manufacturing, only a small deposit of 20% was required to secure the contract, and this was recorded.

--------------------- The customer then suddenly felt that the announced delivery period was too long. She subsequently requested a refund of the deposit at very short notice.
... ---------------------
According to the terms and conditions of sale and delivery, we wouldn't have needed to withdraw from the contract. However, as a gesture of goodwill, we decided to reverse the transaction, refunding the deposit and, with considerable hassle, canceling the order for the already-manufactured bicycle with the manufacturer.

-------------------- Two days after our refund, we received a payment reminder from the customer (without any legal basis; anyone can simply request one without further review). We also reimbursed the customer for these fees as a gesture of goodwill, something we really didn't need to do.

-------------------- Subsequently, we discovered that this customer had been waging an unprecedented smear campaign on virtually all social media platforms, resorting to criminal acts, defamation, and slander. When we contacted her by phone, she tried to claim that, despite having a similar name and our unique situation, she wasn't responsible at all.
