From the very first moment, I felt incredibly well taken care of here. The team is extremely friendly and competent, and they really take the time for honest and personalized advice – without any sales pressure. The selection of bicycles and accessories is excellent, the quality is great, and the prices are fair. I especially appreciated that they listened to my needs and didn't just recommend the most expensive product. The service in the workshop is also quick, reliable, and clean. I will definitely be back and highly recommend this shop!

For 40 years now, I've been getting my bikes from Max Lange – and for me, it's more than "just" a bike shop. It all started back then with my father. Today, I'm a father myself – and I've even bought my children's bikes there. That's true continuity, and it really says it all. The service is always top-notch: friendly, competent, reliable, and focused on what matters most. And what I particularly appreciate is that even when an unusual situation arises, the Max Lange team isn't just "trying hard," but genuinely ready to help – and finds solutions that go beyond the standard. This combination of expertise, pragmatism, and genuine customer focus is rare. For that, I simply want to say thank you and give them a clear 5 stars. Absolutely fantastic – keep it up!

Germany is a service desert...and here's a perfect example. "Foreign" bikes aren't accepted for repair (regardless of whether you've already spent a few thousand euros buying other bikes in the shop). Even when I pointed out that the bike belonged to a child and was needed for the ride to school, I was dismissed with "I'm not interested, anyone can say that." Thanks, that's it...no more bikes are being bought here. But I have other shops in Rahlstedt that also offer a service-oriented approach.

The shop has a great selection of bikes, including many models in all sizes, especially for children. The service is excellent, and the bike is ready relatively quickly. Parking is available in front of the shop, but it can be tight on weekends. Unfortunately, cashless payments are only accepted with debit cards.

We tried to find second hand woom 4,but the prices were unreasonably high and close to the new one. Therefore, we found here, they were quite interested. My daughter tried and we bought one. No waiting time or shipment cost like official website. Highly recommended.

Privatly held shop, not one of the big companies. Competence here! Had some good consulting about bike lights here. Price is ok. Support your local Retailer!
