EXTREMELY rude and incompetent. The employee with the southern European appearance has neither expertise nor any understanding of customer service. Furthermore, he entered incorrect prices for us because he couldn't properly read the diameter of the ball. He possesses dangerously superficial knowledge and certainly not in the field of medical supplies. Going there is not worth it – you will definitely receive incorrect advice. A waste of time. To Drucklieb: With employees like this, you won't gain any customers. We will definitely stick with the competition. One star because I can't give zero.

Friendly and competent advice, just as you'd expect. After a brief diagnosis (he observed my gait), the owner discovered more about how to treat my knee problems than the orthopedist did after weeks of treatment. Absolutely fantastic!

I was there almost 1.5 years ago. It was about orthotics from the sensorimotor field. First, a detailed medical history was taken, including a gait analysis. Two weeks later, I received my first two sensorimotor orthotics (I had recurring hip problems). In conclusion, after 1.5 years, I can only say: How wonderful that these kinds of orthotics exist! They really make a difference, unlike the conventional ones you wear and hardly notice. It's completely different with sensorimotor orthotics; you can feel in your shoe how they exert a kind of pressure. It takes some getting used to at first, but you adapt quickly. Especially when the symptoms improve, or even disappear completely. I'm very grateful! I received real help. I always felt welcome in the new premises of the Drucklieb medical supply store. The rooms are truly special! Orthopedics and sports... the space is divided in that way. Everything is very well-organized and welcoming. I wish the Drucklieb medical supply store continued success!

A top address for anyone who expects more than a typical medical supply store! I visited Drucklieb Medical Supply for the first time about two months ago due to orthopedic issues – and what can I say? I'm thrilled! The moment you walk in, you notice: everything here is different. The premises are modern, bright, and spacious, completely unlike what you'd expect from a typical medical supply store. The consultation was thorough, highly professional, and completely personalized. They performed a gait analysis and took plenty of time to truly address my needs – something you rarely find. I was particularly impressed by the wide selection of running shoes and sports orthopedic products. Besides bandages, insoles, and the like, they also offer high-quality sports and running shoes – all with professional analysis and advice. In short: If you value quality, service, and expertise – whether in the medical or sports field – this is the place to go. Highly recommended!

"Lack of customer focus and unfriendly staff." I am extremely disappointed with my experience. The staff was unfriendly and showed no willingness to help. All attempts to find a solution were met with inflexibility. As a customer, you feel completely unvalued here. This company is not recommended... there are plenty of other providers!

Unfortunately, I had a very bad experience. My husband was simply sent away with a torn cruciate ligament and meniscus. He got a prescription from the doctor for a bandage. According to the salesperson, there was no diagnosis on the prescription, which was not true. The salesperson said that he would not be able to get a bandage anywhere with the prescription. So my husband had to go to another medical supply store in severe pain and lo and behold, he got a bandage. The diagnosis was on the prescription and there were absolutely no problems. Not acceptable! Very incompetent!! We will never go there again. They respond to the review and still say that there is no diagnosis and that it was the doctor's mistake. What a shame, then they don't read the reviews properly. The diagnosis is on the prescription and we got the bandage from somewhere else. Instead of looking for the fault with us, they would rather look for the fault with their employee.

A super competent and friendly team. I received excellent advice when I wanted to buy new running shoes. The staff and the owner patiently took their time and answered all my questions to my complete satisfaction. I wasn't familiar with their gait analysis technology at all; it's state-of-the-art, so they really do find the right shoe or other equipment based on facts. Best regards 🫶🏽

It's been a while since my visit, but if you're not an expert, you have to believe what they tell you... I had supportive insoles made and was told that they need to be broken in carefully but regularly. I've been used to that for years, so far so good. Since I rotate through several pairs of insoles, I still noticed a difference. It was never painful, more like "uncomfortable." As if the break-in period takes forever. I had my next insoles made elsewhere and brought all my old insoles with me for comparison, and lo and behold: The pad (from Drucklieb) was half a centimeter too far forward and thus too close to the metatarsal head. I can't say whether this was an isolated case where they weren't paying enough attention when measuring or trying on the insoles. Regarding friendliness and adherence to deadlines, there was nothing to complain about.
