I wasn't there for a new bike, but for a seat post for my bike (the bike wasn't from there). Even though they didn't have it in stock, I received very friendly advice on what I needed and what would make the most sense, etc. They also tightened my existing seat post as best they could. Very friendly service.

I was having trouble starting my e-bike. After a brief description to the technician, he gave me brief instructions on how to replace the battery in the starter module myself. He even sold me a battery for €5. Excellent, competent, and very reliable service. Everything was fine, and my bike started again—great!

Best mechanic in Hamburg! Bernie is super reliable, you get help quickly, and repairs/inspections etc. are always done to a top standard. I feel I'm in the best hands :)

Specialized's product range is fantastic. Every ambitious cyclist will find a model to suit their personal profile. The frames, thought through down to the last detail, are available in a wide range of configurations. With such a large selection, it's worth visiting the store for advice. With the experience of a specialist retailer, you can make better decisions (than online). The team takes the time to listen to customers, lets them try things out and compare. Finally, the dream bike is built according to their specifications. CCH also has a second store downtown, so they can quickly source bikes that aren't currently in stock at this location.

Great bike shop, the staff are super nice and competent. I brought my mountain bike there and even though the bike is old, they were able to quickly get the parts and it didn't take long.
