I highly recommend this shop. The staff is very knowledgeable and patient when choosing a helmet from their wonderfully wide selection. I gratefully accepted their offer to have my helmet professionally adjusted after purchase. When a very small part was missing from a pair of cycling glasses I brought into the shop, they were able to produce it from their small stock and repair it right there. Excellent service all around. Thank you so much!

This was my second visit, and once again I received excellent service. I found the perfect pair of ski goggles here faster and at a great price than with all the online purchases I'd made in the previous weeks. I highly recommend this shop.

Excellent shop! The selection is huge, the service is friendly and professional, and the prices are absolutely fair. What more could you want? Even with a very large head circumference, there are various helmet options to choose from here, which is often not the case in bike shops.

Great service, perfect advice. The selection is huge – even for large heads. The helmet is also adjusted on-site. The trip from downtown Hamburg was absolutely worth it.

A very pleasant shopping experience. I bought my first bicycle helmet there today. Very friendly advice, a huge selection, great products, and a brilliant knack for showing the customer exactly what they need. The second helmet turned out to be the right one! We entered the store and were immediately greeted warmly. Our head circumferences were professionally measured, and we were presented with various suitable models. The advice was very competent and friendly. My wife and I each chose the ALPINA Paranus bicycle helmet and are very satisfied. Top-notch service – highly recommended!

Highly recommended! The sales staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The service is first-class – even special requests like the installation of accessories were handled without any problems. The selection of bicycle helmets is excellent; there's truly something for everyone. I'd gladly shop here again!

Great little shop specialising in bike and skateboard helmets as well as cycling glasses. This is most likely the biggest selection of helmets you will find at least in Northern Germany... Loads of different makes and styles, all in different sizes and colours in stock, from cheaper models up to professional helmets... Advice by the owners and staff is excellent. If you are looking for a decent helmet - save your time looking elsewhere, this is the place to go to!
