A truly fantastic shop with a large group of genuinely friendly, competent, and very helpful employees. They really went the extra mile, took the time to answer all questions, and gave tons of helpful tips. I'd gladly come back when it's time for a new bike again. :)

My bike has been in the best hands here for years! Yesterday I took my daughter's bike in for repairs. Again: Excellent advice, excellent service, and super friendly staff!

My bike was stolen, and I was looking for a used one. Ehrig had an older model in purple. I tried it out and liked it. I pointed out a few minor issues, which were quickly fixed despite the holiday. After a phone call, I was able to take my new vintage bike home for a song. Before I rode off, they adjusted the saddle. It rides great, thanks a lot!

I've been buying bikes here for many years. Back then, the service was excellent. However, a manager shouldn't be living off "back then"! I dropped off my bike in mid-July and got it back with a new motor at the end of October. I had to go there in person several times to inquire because no one answers the phone and emails go unanswered. The responses were quite bizarre! Stefan (the workshop manager, not the boss) is trying his best to salvage what he can. The staff are always polite and friendly! But as they say, the fish rots from the head down – so organization and friendliness are key. It's a real shame, and unfortunately, word gets around.

Regarding the workshop: promised repair times are being massively exceeded (currently 6 weeks instead of 2-3), no feedback, virtually impossible to reach by phone, and inquiring in person is also unhelpful ("it'll be hooked up soon"). For everyday items like (school) bicycles, such waiting times and uncertainty are truly painful; anyone who has another option should use it...

My personal experience with this store as a customer was very unpleasant. I went there with my broken necklace, the first sales assistant couldn't help me, a colleague came over and sold me a necklace that was unfortunately too long, so I wanted to return it. Since this was my second bad experience, I simply wanted my money back. The product was supposed to be the right one. I was told I would have to shorten it myself, which I hadn't been informed of beforehand. What bothered me most was that the customer wasn't treated like royalty. They blamed me for the mistake and didn't address my concerns. This demonstrated that their customer service is rather negative.

I stopped by today and received incredibly polite and friendly service! Despite staff shortages, they immediately installed a taller structure! I left extremely satisfied! Thank you to the team!

I took my e-bike to the hardware store to have the brakes bled. It took a while (they're busy in spring, after all), but it was worth it. My rear brake caliper was declared dead. A new Shimano brake caliper with cable and brake lever was installed without any complications, thus saving my no-name bike. A million thanks to André Ehrig. I'd be happy to do it again. P.S., the cost was very reasonable.

My daughter discovered a flat tire on the front wheel on her way to school and had to push her bike the rest of the way. Since I needed a quick fix, I went to the Ehrig bike shop in Volksdorf without an appointment and I was absolutely thrilled. I arrived at 5 pm, they immediately hung up the bike, removed the front wheel, fitted a new inner tube, replaced the brake pads, and adjusted a few screws. Everything was finished in 25 minutes – fantastic! 😄 And the price was perfectly reasonable. Excellent service and very friendly staff – just the way I like it!
