Unfortunately, I cannot confirm the positive reviews. My wife wanted to bring her bicycle in for repair and was constantly lectured and treated condescendingly. We did have the repair done, but in the future, we will unfortunately have to look elsewhere.

Excellent advice and first-class service! I have a 37-year-old Cinelli bicycle that I simply refuse to give up on. I've needed some special parts for its "restoration" (you can't really call it a repair anymore ;-) several times. Mr. Fuhrmann and his son aren't just bicycle dealers, they're true experts and specialists. They identified the problem, found solutions, and always called me when I encountered difficulties, provided information, suggested alternatives, and then carried out the work exactly as discussed. On my last visit, a quick repair was especially important, as I had a race coming up that weekend. A thousand thanks for this rush job! The store is iconic and has a special atmosphere. When I used to live in Henstedt-Ulzburg, I bought all my bikes there, including my children's. For over 11 years, I've been making the pilgrimage from Norderstedt to Henstedt-Ulzburg for bikes because I feel like I'm in good hands there. Since everyone receives detailed advice, patience is required when it's busy. The team at Gefu, however, remains calm and every customer receives detailed advice.

Highly recommended! I was on a long ride when my chain came off. Pushing my bike for so long left me completely exhausted by the time I arrived. The friendly mechanic stopped working on another bike to fix my problem, put the chain back on, and tightened it. He also greased the gears, all for just €10. Fantastic service for a random customer in need! Thank you!

I took my bike there for inspection yesterday. Even though it was supposed to take much longer, I was able to pick it up today. They even managed to process a request. Everything seemed very professional and was handled according to my wishes. I'd be happy to go back!

I had two bikes with minor issues and was able to come in spontaneously after a phone call. Both problems were resolved quickly and easily with a little ingenuity and the right spare parts – and the excellent service was incredibly affordable. Highly recommended! Just a heads-up: the appointment booking tool on the website isn't working properly, so it's best to call ahead.

Thanks to Gefu, I got my dream e-MTB. I would like to thank Dominik and his team for the friendly and, above all, very competent advice when purchasing my e-MTB. I've long wanted to fulfill my dream of owning a very high-quality Trek Rail, not off the shelf, but a completely rebuilt one. Actually, only the carbon frame is still original. So, I bought the bike completely disassembled and equipped with all-new high-end parts. The sense and usefulness of this is debatable, but what I will say is this: Dominik and his team made my dream come true with a lot of passion and a tinkering heart. All of my requested parts were fulfilled, everything was ordered, and parts were adjusted where necessary. And even parts I brought with me were installed without any problems. All of this was accompanied by many pleasant conversations. The father and son approach is always honest and direct. I've been a customer there for many years; I've bought all my children's bikes there; the advice, service, and so on have always been excellent. Minor repairs or services were completed very promptly whenever possible.
