It feels very comfortable, like being part of a small family. Everyone treats each other in a friendly and respectful manner. The staff are always friendly and helpful. I feel very comfortable here, and it's really helping me build my self-esteem.

I've been a member of Chace Fitness Studio since July 2025 and I'm very happy and satisfied. I'd especially like to thank Isi, Astrid, Julia, Sebastian, Turgai, and Robin. You are all competent, experienced trainers with fantastic knowledge. You're simply wonderful! I enjoy working out with you, and I also receive positive and personalized advice. Simply fantastic! The diverse course program and the offers are great and make me happy! The trainers are so competent and pay attention to every position. Corrections are made immediately, and improvements are made when needed! Great! Thank you! I'd also like to thank Daniel Benz, because he's a fantastic Fitness Dance (LaBlast) instructor. Every Thursday at 6:00 PM, I leave completely happy and exhausted! Thank you! Thank you, Sebastian and Turgai, for the great atmosphere, friendly staff, and daily, warm welcome. Many thanks to the entire Chace team. For me, it's the best gym!

A superbly equipped gym in Kaltenkirchen. It's very centrally located and well-connected to public transportation. The equipment is in excellent condition. The classes are great. The trainers are always approachable. The owner is friendly and welcoming. There are also parking spaces for cars in the Rewe parking lot.
