Fantastic service team! We brought two bikes in for inspection (which we also leased through Küstenrad/JobRad). The service was incredibly fast, and the service technician did everything he possibly could. He even offered to help with loading them when we picked them up, despite the rain! Thank you so much!

I'm absolutely thrilled with this branch. I called on Monday at 10 a.m. to report a flat tire on my e-bike. I was able to come in immediately, and since it was convenient for them, they replaced the damaged inner tube right away. The staff were also exceptionally friendly. I'm very satisfied and will definitely become a regular customer.

I went there to ask if they also accept e-bikes as trade-ins – "unfortunately not." Nevertheless, I really like the shop. The staff take their time with prospective customers and provide competent and friendly advice. Numerous high-end bikes and many good cargo bikes are not only on display but also available for purchase. Every customer is individually measured to ensure a perfectly fitted bike. At yesterday's weekend opening (the official opening was on July 26, 2023), there was a large turnout, yet no one was left out in the rain (it was actually pouring), and every employee was immediately available to answer questions or provide advice. The shop is bright and very modern. Here, the focus is on the bikes, not the accessories, as is the case in many other shops. A top-notch shop!
