I bought an e-bike here 1.5 years ago, which unfortunately suffered a frame breakage. However, thanks to the workshop staff who initiated the warranty claim with the manufacturer, I was able to get a new e-bike. Sadly, the frame is no longer in production. Thanks to the collaboration between the workshop and Mr. Becker, a customer-oriented solution was found. Thanks to their efforts and Mr. Becker's advice, I now have a new e-bike that I am very happy with.

We are extremely satisfied; there's a great selection of bicycles and accessories! Mr. Montis's advice was excellent, and we thank him for his patience and for answering all our questions, which ultimately convinced us to buy! What started as just a planned visit to browse turned into a purchase of two e-bikes and a car bike rack. That says it all! 😊

I'm not usually one for reviews, but I have to leave one this time. The advice, sales, and overall service from the salesperson were so fantastic that the shop truly lives up to its slogan. I can wholeheartedly recommend this bike shop. Everything about it is just right: the advice is first-rate, the selection of bikes and accessories is extensive, and the workshop is fast, clean, and transparent. I'd especially like to commend Ole. I know him from a previous collaboration and am familiar with his outstanding expertise and absolute reliability. He provides excellent advice and takes plenty of time to find the perfect bike for you. It's simply reassuring to know you can count on honest and competent recommendations here. Looking for an e-MTB for everyday commuting… Consultation: Absolutely needs-based, tailored to all personal preferences and requirements. In the end, they even recommended a slightly cheaper model – even though I had already agreed to the more expensive one! Very fair! Result after 2000 km – the salesperson was right in every respect and gave me excellent advice! Service: So far, two inspections, one callback, and one warranty claim. Appointments were flexibly arranged to suit my needs for all requests, and all work was transparent and well-executed. They even took care of minor issues along the way. Additional advice: Plenty of suggestions for improvement were provided upon request, and these, once implemented, led to the desired result! And every single employee is approachable, and the team works together seamlessly!

I went there with my e-bike, which I bought there and had always been serviced, to make an appointment for repairs. I was simply told that they have a four-week lead time; nothing can be done before then. The good man didn't even bother to inspect the damage; it could have been a minor issue, but it shouldn't be a problem. I took the bike back, took it to another dealer a day later, and was able to pick it up the next day. It was a minor issue. It's understandable that Mega Bike won't see me or the e-bike again. I'll definitely buy the new bikes I'm planning for next year from the dealer who was so uncomplicated in looking at the bike and quickly repaired the damage. Thank you for the lack of customer service, MEGA Bike.
