Bought a jacket and wore it for three weeks on vacation. Three small holes were discovered before washing. Claim rejected. I'm returning the jacket. Bergans can do whatever they want with it. I won't buy any more products from them. It's a shame! Update: I returned the jacket. After inspecting it, Bergans sent me a voucher for 50% off a purchase. I find that very accommodating and conciliatory. Therefore, I'm changing the rating from one to three stars.

I don't understand the negative reviews. We've been extremely satisfied with Bergans' indestructible and fantastic products for years – and have never had any complaints. But now we have – and what can I say, it really couldn't be better. Thanks to Jana for the completely uncomplicated, incredibly fast, and accommodating help! She saved the boys' canoe trip. Absolutely fantastic!

The product quality is completely unacceptable for the price. My outdoor jacket, which had a recommended retail price of €500, showed signs of wear and tear after only two winters that are unacceptable for this price range. And this was with normal use in the city. They refused to honor the warranty. Outrageous.
