Excellent advice, dedicated and competent. They really make an effort to help their customers, which unfortunately isn't always the case these days. Update: I was there again today, about six months after my last visit: I had a problem with the derailleur on a Fischer e-bike, which two other dealers simply refused to help after I described it over the phone ("we only work on Bosch motors"). The technician took a quick look and fixed it in just a few steps, completely free of charge! I'm thrilled with their expertise and customer service and can highly recommend them! Another update: I've since been there twice more with problems I couldn't fix myself: 1. A broken spoke. Normally not a big deal, but my 20" compact cargo bike has correspondingly short and thick spokes that I wouldn't have been able to thread without damaging them. - The experienced mechanic quickly replaced the spoke for a small fee. Great! 2. My mechanical Enviolo needed recalibration. I probably could have done it myself, but only with considerable effort. After consulting with him, the friendly mechanic also replaced the Bowden cables, as one of them was frayed at the clamp. And in this case too, the bike was back on the road in two days, and the bill was significantly lower than I had expected. So my assessment remains: Friendly and highly qualified staff offer excellent service at reasonable prices!

The repair I requested was done properly, but parts of the bike that I touched (the gearshift lever and handlebars) were covered in oil and dirty after the repair. Furthermore, more work was done than I wanted, and they charged significantly more for it. If I ask for a part to be repaired, I only want to pay for that part and not for whatever the bike station doesn't like and just fixes! And they did it without asking!

I wanted to take my bike in for repairs in mid-November. I needed two inner tubes, two tires, brakes, lights, and a basic bike computer (speed, mileage, and time). The woman on the phone was very curt. She said it would take at least a week. I could have lived with that, even though my bike is my means of transportation. But the statement, "...we don't do bike computers..." struck me as odd. I asked several times and always got the same response. Then the woman hissed, "...bike computers are nothing but trouble." Complete service should be different. A SHAME.

I had a problem with my pedal today and went to the bike repair shop without an appointment. The staff fixed the problem competently within minutes. The service was exceptionally friendly and customer-oriented. I'm very satisfied and can highly recommend the shop!

Two spokes were replaced. I'm not satisfied with the invoice. The description of services seems unclear and inflated to me. They couldn't tell me how many labor units (AW) are in one hour. I assume it's in 10 or 12 increments. The brake disc didn't need to be removed, but it was done anyway. Regards

Friendly staff! Quick repairs. I was able to pick up my bike the same day, and the prices are more than fair. I'm really impressed and will definitely bring our bikes there for repair again if anything needs to be done.

I can't say much about the workshop, unfortunately, but storing your bike there is very convenient and easy. The bike station is located right next to the Norderstedt-Mitte train station, making it ideal for anyone wanting to continue their journey to Hamburg by subway.

The one star is only because I was served politely and kindly. On Thursday morning, I brought my e-bike in with a flat rear tire to have a new tire and inner tube fitted, and while they were at it, possibly replace the chain and sprockets, as well as adjust the gears. A few hours later, I received a call that the bike was ready. Wow, that was fast! Okay, the sprockets couldn't be replaced because they didn't have the necessary tool (?), but otherwise, everything was supposed to be fine. A short test ride; nothing was right, the motor wasn't working! So I left the bike there again. I picked up the bike today. The motor still doesn't work, but apparently, that's my problem now! The gears definitely weren't adjusted, and I'm supposed to be stuck with the damage. Oh, and the fact that the workshop employee was walking around the shop serving customers without a mask... hmm, I don't know if that's the current fashion. I can only advise against taking your bike here for repairs. The damage I have incurred is significantly higher than the bill!
